The Burmese situation is tragic beyond words, some of the sickest people on the planet live there and the majority of a nation are tortured for it. The government are taking a step in the right direction, but it is not nearly enough.
Peace, harmony & prosperity for all the beautiful people of Myanmar.
Anglo British empire has tremendously benefited from colonial Burma for over a century and, yet spearheadedly cut her off from the world community for the last half a century when the people of Myanmar/Burma suffered and paid a heavy price from the never ending cycles of struggle, hardship, poverty & infighting back and forth. It is about time for the payback from Anglo-led West/USA. God bless all.
Political is a dirty game. Those who play a dirty game can not be innocent people. They are on the same boat. Civilian are only the victim of politician. Who know Hillary or Burmese president and the opposition leader are good politician. we can not judge them by looking at their appearances. They are all pretending to be good. they talk alot and promise many things that can not be done.
@MrSimmor It really pisses me off that only 15 seconds of this video touches that subject and uses the word "claiming", as if it is only a possibilty. How can it be completely ignored? I get the whole "happy-for-democracy" crap, but the true reform should take place in the jungle.
@MrSimmor But before Hillary Clinton went to Burma, the US sent many representatives to access the political situation of the country. Clinton met with not only the government officials, she also held talks opposition leaders and the ethnic leaders. When China comes to Burma, they only care to meet the current government officials in Naypyitaw. So, I don't see a valid point in your argument.
@justinjiang: what a narrow minded pervert. i'm happy to see such changes to our country. we don't fucking care about opinion when this political changes might bring business opportunities which can feed our million of poor peoples. What a disgusting comment. Fuck you.
@kyawminnnaing what it has anything to do with pervert you fucking idiot.. do you even know what it means? go fucking learn english you son of a bitch
@justinjiang Foreign investments will not hurt your business. Instead, it will benefit your business. With foreign investments, more locals will have jobs, earn higher salaries and will be able to afford which ever products or services that you are selling.

If Hillar goes to Burma she will only visit in urban areas not in rural. She will only see what is going on in township areas.
