A note is a loan. THe private Fed Digitizes a billion dollars, this simply means the governmnet borrows the billion promising that the people will pay the billion plus compounded intrest back to the Federal Reserve Bank now this IOU called a Treasury note is sold on the open market. My freind the last issue from the ROthschild owned, Rockerfeller run Fed bank was over seven hundred BILLION. A billion is chicken feed.

So recently they made loans of over 700 billion from the Federal Reserve Bank, the so called stimulis package. These loans, IOU, Tbills are then sold by the Federal Reserve Bank to other countries. i am going to answer you because you replied twice to my comment, and you seem very upset. i understand that a note is a loan. that is a promissory note. but i was stating that the FED nor treasury issue billion dollar notes to be passed around as currency by the public. and i cast no aspersions on your 25 years of experience.

still you miss the most important issue. It dont matter what denomonation the note is. The elephant in the corner is debt issue at USARY, the mirical of compounding intrest used to justify a TAX er theft/extortion systme of debt slavery. You focus on the gramar and spelling and miss the entire message.

i got the important issue. the rothschild/rockefeller cabal has all of us enslaved via a tax/debt/fiat private money system. now, that we've indentified the issue, the most important issue to solve is how to we stop and get out of it. here's is 1 possible solution:

1. Abolish the FEDERAL RESERVE. Congress can nullify their charter anytime if they wanted to. but they wont because they are controlled by the Roths/rockefeller cabal.
