I would think it adds more pressure to the anterior knee and the patella if most of the weight is landing on the toes first. I would have his foot land a little higher on the plate. Other than that, I liked the video a lot. I plan on using many of these in my summer soccer workout. Question: Plyometric or general exercises for throw-ins?? Got any ideas? If you made a video that would be great!
