@3choBlaster The history of the First Nations is a different story altogether, but thanks for drawing the parallel. And prior to World War I mount Ararat belonged to Armenia for sure - it's only a few kilometers away from the capital and now there's a Turkish military complexe on the summit. Hunh. Anyway, I never said "give Anatolia back." Learn to read, ya galoot.
Having just got back from Armenia myself, I agree. The diaspora is the story of the people who left, different issues there.
HAHA 2:50 look at Cenks face! He's like ho shit not this BS. I know for a fact that Cenk used to fight against the Armenian Diaspora's genocide propaganda, if he changed his opinion he's a huge sell out.
Anyway LOVE the fact that Anna openly says what most Diaspora Armenians won't. Most Armenians in Armenia don't give a shit. They have no running water or electricity in most of the country.
The Diaspora is destroying Armenia and Armenians who live in Armenia for a big fat LIE.
@3choBlaster I didn't hear Cenk deny anything. He sat there in agreement. For your information, a lot of Turks are accepting what happened. I know a few myself. You have to understand that no one is saying ALL Turks are bad people, or that the Turks of today are even responsible for what happened. but you have to acknowledge history. I even know of stories Armenians have told me of where some Turks saved some Armenians from the killings by helping them escape. chill!
@ImALWAYSleft I know for a fact that 99.99999% Of the Turks do not accept your genocide. Only O Pamuk and Taner Akcam (who's a Kurdish separatist, PKK supporter with nothing but hate for the TR gov.) We're not saying Armenians did not die we're saying it wasn't a government issued genocide, the numbers are inflated (there weren't even 1.5 million Armenians in the empire, and 700 000 survived by Armenians accounts!) and just as many Turks died.
@ImALWAYSleft You can read old letters of Cenk, in which he supports the Turkish view. You can google them. Most Armenians are actually saying all Turks are bad. They won't accept the fact that their terrorist Dashnak later Asala killed hundreds of thousands of (mostly Kurds) and Turks. Not only do they want recognition, they also want payment, and they want 1/3 of Turkey's soil. (Turkey 70 million, Armenian just over 2 million population)
@3choBlaster and ALL Armenians accept that people in Armenia are suffering, but we're not going to deny the slaughter of our families in 1915 and before because of the blockade which Turkey some how got involved in when it had nothing to do with Turkey. Oh, and eastern Turkey isn't doing that great as a result of the blockade, and the genocide denial issue is one of the reasons EU members have said Turkey isn't ready. and countless countries have acknowledged the genocide now.
@ImALWAYSleft Actually the east is less developed because investors in Turkey always have focused on the west, now the government is making it more beneficial to invest in the east etc. Armenia adds a big nothing to our national income. Pay more attention, since in the last 10 years public opinion has changed. 80% used to support EU, now over 80% is anti EU. Even if they'd accept us we wouldn't join. We have all the benefits none of the burdens of EU members.
@3choBlaster Its time to accept reality. We need to live together forever, we have to become friendly again, and the way to do that is for Turkey to acknowledge the genocide, attempt to make up for it, and for Armenia to resolve its issues with Azerbaijan. Titles aside, we are to much alike to be this hateful towards one another.
@ImALWAYSleft I have no problem withh Armenians or having friendly relations with Armenia/Armenians. But I won't give up a cm of my soil, I won't pay for anything and I won't recognize something that did not happen. Thousands of innocents died. But not only Armenians. Thousands of Turks died because of the Dashnak etc. (whom are heroes in Armenia) between 1870 and 1915 which led to the deportations of the Armenians. Like I said, go to court if you're so sure of your case.
@3choBlaster I don't really care what Cenk has said in the past. Many Turks have changed their views on the genocide of the Armenians. Your 99.9% is bull my friend. If only you knew the Turks I know. Respectable people who have the balls to accept history. Those a True Turks not like the ones spinning the propaganda machine. Armenians only want what was taken from us and nothing more. The whole 1/3 Turkey is nothing I've heard from anyone I know. Where are you getting this information?
@3choBlaster face the facts, no one is denying that 1.5 million Armenians were killed. The U.S. England, Israel, Lebanon, Italy, you name it. The debate Turks have created is over the use of the word "genocide." Which oddly was created to describe what the Turks did to the Armenians in 1915 (go look it up). So Turks did murder 1.5 million Armenians, the attention has shifted to should it be labeled "genocide." Do you at least understand that?
@3choBlaster Anyway, we're not going to accomplish anything going back a forth like this, just do me a favor and go hear what the other side has to say and the overwhelming proof by countless sources (the majority is not Armenian by the way) that back it. I have looked at the Turkish side/propaganda, but denying it ever happened is like calling the sky green. Peace!
I just don't understand what the problem of accepting the facts/truth is? The genocide happened. Ok. So what are Turks so afraid of? Are we going to send them to jail now? Its not like any of the Turks today are responsible! Just acknowledge what happened in your countries history, apologize attempt to make up for it, and lets me friends already. Armenians and Turks are too much alike for us not to be friends.
@ImALWAYSleft Fact ? The fact is Armenian *so called brothers for hundreds of years* people were evoked by Russia to kill the Turks in the east (In WW1). So they butchered many villages with no mercy(wanting to create a new country) stabbed the Turks from their backs, and of course the country was in WW1 so they didn't want to waste time and interfere with the Armenian terrorists. So the country gave the order of disposal of the Armanian people off the country, with no escort.
@ELEMENTALW1 Turks and Armenians were never brothers. Armenians have been nothing but oppressed by you ever since Turks migrated from central Asia to the Armenian highlands aka Anatolia. Go type in genocide in wikipedia at least. Don't feel stupid now. Truth is this: Armenians were very well off in Turkey. A lot of economic resources and power were in our hands. Turks felt threatened so they did what all animals do, they went hunting. Stop buying your government propaganda. Go to research.
@ImALWAYSleft Thats not good too, but according to many (and I mean MANY) American and European researchers, the death of the Turks were much more than Armenian ones. Genocide: "the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, racial, religious, or national group". Systematic ? Destruction ? Is defending your country and villages from backstabbers considered a "Destruction" ? You want to see a genocide example? TYPE ADOLF HITLER ON GOOGLE DUMBASS.
@ELEMENTALW1 You idiot. Although the Turkish government wont accept the word "genocide," it even admits that more Armenians died then Turks. lol. If Armenians killed Turks, then why are there almost no Armenians left compared to before, yet there are plenty of Turks left in Anatolia? The word "genocide" was created as a result to what the Turks did to the Armenians. How about you go google it. You are an embarrassment to the Turkish race. I am laughing at you so bad right now. lol.
@ImALWAYSleft The overwhelming majority of historians back Armenians on this. You turks are fighting a losing battle. Now before your government can't deny the facts any longer, its time to take credit for you history and attempt to make a fresh start. The truth always comes out. I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO EAT YOUR OWN SHIT!
@ImALWAYSleft HAHA an overwhelming majority of historians? That's simply not true, most experts on Ottoman Turkish history do not believe it was a genocide.
But anyway, just explain/answer this ONE simple question. If Armenia is so sure about the genocide. Why won't they just go to the ICJ and sue Turkey? That way the whole world including Turkey would accept it?
Point made, you already LOST. We'll NEVER recognize your lies
@ELEMENTALW1 lol .. don't even bother, they want us to accept their bullshit. Then let them open their archives. Why won't they accept a coalition of Historians to research what happened in 1915 like Erdogan proposed. HE even said, if the historians come to a conclusion that's negative for Turkey we are ready to face our past (he will recognize it)
But Armenia refused (of course)
They want recognition,,, let them go to court .. They won't because they KNOW they'll lose
@mreuphrates I agree. The big problem is that for the Armenians it is an emotional issue and human-rights issue, but for Turkey the political ramifications of recognition are way too high. At the very least, Armenia wants Ararat back. That would be such a beautiful goodwill gesture.
@Yesbutdoubtful HAHAH, om you dreams. We never conquered Anatolia from the Armenians, we conquered it from the Persians and Greek (neo Romans). The people inhabiting Anatolia when we came were ALL invaders them selves. Kurds claim Ararat too. Anatolia belongs to the HATI and they do not exist anymore. Anatolia has been Turkish for 1000 years and it will stay Turkish for another 10 000.
Start giving back land to the NATIVE-Americans, then lecture us about BS,
Turkey should just officially recognize the genocide and get it over with, and then everyone can move forward amicably. Germany has owned up to what its past crimes, why can't Turkey?
@squamish4244 we are scared that if we we recognize the armenian "genocide",armenians will demand land and money for it.And also, before 1915,eastern anatolian turks and azerbaijanis suffered from the ultra-nationalist armed armenian gangs. We believe that armenians betrayed us to establish a russian-supporting armenian state
I feel sorry for armenians because young turks punished a whole nation.(they executed the responsible traitors but they also deported a whole nation)
yea, im turkish, but if u are turkish u musnt hate armenians. and yes Was a genocide in 1915 but we must make peace. if turkey or world accepts this genocide, what armenians will win? and who is obama? why he is talking about this subject ? he is americain, he cant understand this subjet. you know why? because he and all the world leaders havent both the Turks and the Armenian relatives. because of states there was a genocide. i want say; past is past, Let's leave these claims speak
I condemn the Armenians for carrying out genocide against Turkish peple during WW1 and trying to change the truths in order to be able to get money from Republic of Turkey
if you guys have 18,000 documents than why don't you's take it to the international court of justice? why are you's backing off oh because its full of lies isn't it? the truth hurts rite? Turks want this issue to be solved at the international court of justice so why not bring your documents in and let the historians study it... :) if Turks did commit a war crime than let the issue be solved at the courts instead of lobbying parliaments you stupid brainwashed child.
@Hamshenkami Anyways, I live in the USA now. Turkish-Armenian relationships are just extremely weird here for me. I grew up in an Armenian neighborhood in Istanbul, went to an Armenian highschool, half of my bestfriends are Armenians.
I had Armenians leaving the room when they found out I come from Turkey. . I know it will get better in time, but just sad. two nations, this close to each other... I have limited information about "genocide" but I don't mind the recognition, if its gonna help
@Hamshenkami Yes, I remember those incidents. What I was trying to say is religious killings are not any more in Turkey, than they are in the U.S or Europe. It happens, which is extremely sad and terrible. They are not governmental or planned killings. We still mourn ( both turkish and armenians) for Hrant Dink, a famous Armenian journalist. It is not like people hate minorities in Turkey, its just some uneducated individuals . Ps: Whoever said Armenians are terrorists is just a fucking moron.
@Hamshenkami After the 17th century Armenians and Turks even Arabs etc. started to try and enroll their kids in the corps. Turks Armenians and Jews where excluded from the Devshirme system. Only balkan Christians, like Greeks, Bulgarians, Christian Bosnians etc. where enrolled in the Devshirme system. This is a know fucking fact ..
I have no words to describe you.. how stupid are you trying to teach me my own history.
@Hamshenkami Also Armenians where RARELY enrolled in Devshirme or either the Janissary corps. In fact until the 17th century there wasn't 1 Armenian enrolled in Devshirme or the Janissary Corps so how the fuck do you expect Mimar Sinan to be Armenian you idiot. Janissary's until the 17th century where from the balkans, after that Muslims started enrolling their owns sons in to the corps because of the power and prestige of the Janissary corps.
@Hamshenkami Sinan was enrolled in devshirme moron he wasn't a Janissary, he belonged to the Janissary Corps as an Engineering student, he started learning designing cannons etc. and later infrastructure/bridges etc. and then he started building Mosques, Schools etc.But he never was a real Janissary, he was a student at the Corps and later an architect for the army and at last the Sultans architect.
@Hamshenkami Sinan wasn't a Janissary you ignorant fool, and I know what Janissary's are/their history. Christian parents after a while would do everything just to get their sons in the Janissary corps In the hope they'd one day returned as powerful rich men.
Instead of telling me to go away stfu and stop commenting bullshit.
@Hamshenkami Yes of course every Turk would love to be friends with a xenophobe delusional racist Armenian.
So what I understand ALL Turkish dialects from Turkey and most Turkish dialects from other Turkic countries. I speak fluent English, Dutch (and I speak/understand all dialects) Turkish, a little bit of German some French and I started with Spanish this year. The only one who's brainwashed here is you.
@Hamshenkami 99% of all his biographies, 99% of all historical sources show him as Greek (a Rum) not Armenian haha. the bogus claim he is an Armenian came out a few years ago because Armenians argued that it was "possible" for him to be Armenian too (in another PATHETIC attempt steal more culture from others)
In that case it was quite possible that he was Turkish too, but the matter of the fucking fact is that he is Greek, Born to a Greek family part of the Greek Church from a Greek village
@Hamshenkami I'm not the one who has a hard time writing English, who apparently never heard of logical thinking, does nothing but lying and who acts like a 12 year old girl on her first period.
I'm wondering if you ever had any education at all .. if you did have education you must have had it in Armenia hahah .. that would explain your delusional mind set.
@Hamshenkami lol .. the truth hurts doesn't it you little bitch .. haha
Yeah you've keep copying names from Ottoman Armenians from Wiki for 50 comments now and you're judging me?
Haha pathetic little worm. Greeks or Armenian makes a huge fucking difference .. you mean to say that it's ok for Armenians to steal a Greeks identity but not for a Turk? HAHA you're the biggest piece of shit hypocrite I've EVER seen.
For the Record .. he is one of ours .. we raised him, we fed him, we learned him
@Hamshenkami Atatürk was able to sweep aside the previous opposition to implementing radical reform of the alphabet. He announced his plans in July 1928 and established a Language Commission (Dil Encümeni) consisting of the following members: * Linguists o Ragıp Hulûsi Özdem o Ahmet Cevat Emre o İbrahim Grandi Grantay * Educators o Mehmet Emin Erişirgil, o İhsan Sungu, o Fazıl Ahmet Aykaç,
@Hamshenkami Mimar Sinan's parents are registered as Greeks and a part of the Greek Orthodox Church you fucking moron.
The current 29-letter Turkish alphabet was established as a personal initiative of the founder of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. It was a key step in the cultural part of Atatürk's Reforms, introduced following his consolidation of power. Having established a one-party state ruled by his Republican People's Party,
And the Turkish alphabet was made by TURKISH linguists you dumb fuck not Armenian where the fuck did you come up with that one .. haha that's just hilarious!!
Furthermore .. WTF has this got to do with Armenian culture? HAHAHA Pathetic .. you're attempts at showing Armenians have culture where
1. Calling a Greek Ottoman an Armenian.
2. Lying about the Turkish alphabet (names of original linguist : Wiki)
@Hamshenkami Armenia the crade of civilization hahaha . you can't fucking compare you shitty gypsy kindom to the Persian and Assyrian empires. in your biggest point in History you where a vassal state of Persia you dumb fuck.
And the Turkic ancestral homeland is Siberia, Central Asia, China not Mongolia you brainless fucking gypsy.
My ancestors conquered, most of the world. While you where bending over for Persian, Roman, Greek dick. We made their wife's bend over.
@Hamshenkami Ho stfu you dumb fucking gypsy.. Exactly Armenians have been recorded since 1500 bc and also accomplished shit since 1500 bc. Mimar Sinan was a Rum/Greek you dumb fucking idiot, he wasn't Armenian, haha more pathetic attempts to claim other peoples achievements as your owns. Mimar Sinan got his study, culture, religion etc all from the Ottomans.. if you would have asked him what he was he would have replied Ottoman Turk
@Hamshenkami In you wet dreams there are .. Armenians in Turkey simply call them selves Armenian you dumb fucking idiot, no one Armenian calls him self Kurd and no Kurd calls him self Armenian. And aren't you claiming that we treat Kurds bad .. so what fucking use would it have for an Armenian to hide under a Kurdish identity while if that where the case he could also hide under a Turkish identity.... you're pathetic attempts at logic are equal to that of a 5 year old
@Hamshenkami Hahaha you dumb lying piece of shit, majority of Turks in Europe work in factories, the majority of the third generation are have own businesses who the fuck are you calling cleaners you gypsy.
Hahah give me the name of your hotel and you will never be able to set foot there again, once again you DUMB FUCK I NEVER SAID THERE WHERE NO HOTELS IN RIZE AND TRABZON. And I do not need to stay in a hotel in my own country you dumb fuck I practically live there and I have my own houses.
@Hamshenkami If you would STFU stop crying, and start working on your pathetic nations future maybe you'd have a chance at a real future ,... but it seems like many more Armenian children need to die in the cold with no medicine, water, food, electricity just because you want to act like a 12 year old little bitch on her first period.
Grow some fucking balls, and accept the fact that Turks will NEVER accept your forced made up history. That fact has been established long ago.
@Hamshenkami And don't feel bad ,, if you see beautiful Turkey it will remind you that it's neighbor is the not so beautiful poor/starving country called Armenia ..it's sad really, Armenians in Europe and America screaming Genocide and Recognize .. Armenians in Armenia screaming, BREAD and WATER, Armenians in America and Europe lobbying for recognition and apology Armenians from Armenia secretly crossing the border cleaning the toilets of the people they want an apology from haha .
@Hamshenkami You're a fool to try and explain the local peoples to a local, 1/4 of my life in in Turkey .. I'm there at least 3 months a year. . who are you to talk about my country, my home, my mountains and my people. And I truly get it .. imagining you would visit beautiful Turkey day dreaming about it and all that ... I hope you really visit Turkey one day .. just don't start calling people Armenian haha especially in Trabzon/Rize (the cities) they'll lynch you.
@Hamshenkami 5000 ? There are about 30/40 000 Hemsin people in Turkey .. and there is almost NO migration from the Rize area to Europe .. how did 5000 Hemsins end up in Germany you dumb fuck ... WHO CARES ABOUT THOSE KURDS? Most Kurds in Europe are pro PKK and are traitors, they usually give up their nationality when they migrate to escape military duty anyway. What benefit does it have as Kurd to change your ethnic background to Armenian, how dumb are you? Are you taking any medication?
@Hamshenkami No what is Turkish of me is defending the truth, I am getting nasty? You haven't seen nasty yet .. Nasty are the Armenians who back stabbed the Byzantines for the Persians the Persians for the Byzantines the Byzantines for the Turks and the Ottomans for the English. You people have no culture no connection to each other except your 1915 remembrance days etc. it's just pathetic that's all what Armenians have in common .. that's why Armenia dies of hunger and disease .. backstabbers.
@Hamshenkami What about the Laz? Why don't we have any problems with them? The Laz are my brothers and they are one of the most nationalistic people in Turkey haha...
Infact Laz people would call Hemsin people (not people from Hemsinli) Armenians which the Hemsin considered an insult.. and they still do especially the older generation this is simply a fact. It's even written on Wikipedia haha. The Turkish Hemsins consider them selves a distinct race like the Yezidi's feel about Kurds.
@Hamshenkami Yes of course .. how could I be so wrong ... the people in Hemsinli must be Armenians because Armenians have Wolf tattoos on their arm are proud to have served almost 3 years in the east of Turkey fighting terrorists, have 2 huge Turkish flags in the middle of their village with an Ataturk poster/flag in the middle. Yes Armenians have Turkic Orkhon Inscriptions on their arm quoted from old Turkic tablets from Asia. If you called my uncles friend Armenian he would skin you alive.
3. I NEVER said Trabzon/Rize don't have hotels,, where the fuck did you learn to read Armenian? In Armenia? Did they forget to mention words or letters? My family owns Hotels in Trabzon, Izmir and Alanya. I said there are no Motels/Hotels or lodges in the town/village Hemsinli you blind retard.
4. You low life scum bag .. acting superior in morals but at the same time using racist comments like "showing your Turkishness" is pathetic, low and hypocritical
1. I never called Kurds mountain Turks, neither did I say "all" Hemsinli are Turks learn to read you dumb fuck, don't switch from subject to subject because you keep loosing all your arguments.
2. There is Hemsinli the place, and there are the Hemsin people. Both are different things. Hemsinli, is a place and calling a person Hemsinli simply means person from Hemsinli. In Hemsinli, Armenians are almost non existent, it's a 100% Islamic town, mostly Turkish.
@Hamshenkami It's obvious that you're lying but if you came to Turkey to visit hemsinli .. it would be the dumbest thing ever.. who the fuck travels to a small village where you can't do anything .. there isn't even a fucking motel there how where did you sleep .. you liar.
The only reason I went there was because an old friend of my uncle lives there. They served together in the army in the 80's as conscripts, sometimes when were near/in Rize we visit him.
@Hamshenkami Ho and also you idiot.. you should stop trying to explain the population of the area where I'm from. I'm in Turkey 3 months every year. And I've been in pretty much every corner of my country. I know the local peoples and their traditions, cuisine etc But most of my time is spend in Kardeniz Corum/Trabzon/Samsun and I have been to Rize many times and 4 times to Hemsinli. I know local people you idiot.
It's a small district and their town/village has their own site. Hemsinli . com
@Hamshenkami haha don't make me laugh you lying bastard .. you simply NEVER have been in Turkey and I wasn't talking about Al Qaida you moron but the Muslim brotherhood from Egypt. How stupid are you.. not only are you obviously lying but you're also not capable of reading a simple comment.
5000 people changed their ethnicity haha don't make me laugh man you're truly pathetic, even Turkish Armenians feel more sophisticated then Armenians from Armenia, There even was an article on it in the NYT
@Hamshenkami I know for a fact there isn't 1 Turk living in Armenia today (maybe an Armenian with Turkish heritage which he does not know about but otherwise not 1!)
The only thing that goes from Turkey to Armenia with a plane are some Turkish Armenians, Turkish products/machinery, occasional some business men but most stay away since it's hard doing business between Armenia and Turkey.
You can also visit Hemsinli's site .. hemsinli . com
1. You can't compare Hamas/Hezbollah with Al Qaida and you can't compare any of them with PKK.
2. PKK isn't democracitcally chosen, neither is it supported by most Kurds in Turkey (98.7% of all kurds vote for AKP not for PKK's Political Wing DTP/BDP), PKK is communist was formed when the Sovjet Union was still active.
@Hamshenkami Hahaha you've obviously never been there. I'm from Corum, And I know people from Hemsin personally, There are people who have Armenian origins there, but even they don't consider them selves Armenian any more. Many of them are Muslim, very few stayed Christian. Many people who live there nowadays are simply ethnic Turks. Exactly the Armenians from Istanbul, Izmir etc. weren't deported since they formed no threat .. now what country massacring a race leaves them at his capitol?
10. 3/4 million Turks overseas, 75 million Turks in Turkey. 4/5 million Armenians overseas .. less than 3 million in Armenia ... SEE THE DIFFERENCE?
11. The PKK is started by ex ASALA members ...
12. You can't call people from Hemsin Armenians there are some people with Armenian ancestry but most of them are Ethnic Turks .. the ones who are Armenians are simply referred too as Ermeni (Armenian) not Hemsinli .. The Armenian minority do have their own music/language etc.
8. 60 000 Kurds ? That's a huge lie .. 99% of them are Yezidi's who do not consider them selves Kurd but rather see Kurd as an Insult .. while the PKK/PJAK try to win them over. The rest are ex PKK/PJAK members who fled Iran/Turkey and are propagating PKK/PJAK in Armenia.
9. How come there are still over 100 000 Armenians in Turkey after we "brutally" started to massacre you all for no reason? (SARCASM)
5. The Irony ,,, haha you're claiming land that did NEVER belong to you anyway.
6. The Turks have been ruling Anatolia for over 1000 years now .. and will rule Anatolia for at least another 10 000
7. It's estimated that in Istanbul alone there are 50 000 Armenians working illegally (2004 so it probably is a lot more now) Not mentioning the Turkish Armenians ... call some one from Hemsin an Armenian and he will punch you in the face. (Hemsinli simply means person from Hemsin)
1. I'm not blaming the Kurds but the PKK and everyone who supports them.
2. Part of your ancient homeland? What land .. you haven't been able to rule it for over 100 years .. and even then you where a protectorate of Persia/ the Greek cities etc.
3. PKK Kurds claim the EXACT same land you do as their ancestral homeland.
4. WAY before Armenians there where Hittites, Hatti's and Trojans .. which where killed, persecuted and their land stolen by Greeks, Armenians and Persians.
@Hamshenkami You are aware the Turkish drug gangs you're talking about are actually Kurdish gangs who are loyal to the PKK and who are funded by many predominant Armenians and even have former ASALA members etc included in them? The Turkish mafia trade arms they don't trade in drugs. Huseyin Baybasin is an Former PKK member and is nicknamed Europes Pablo Escobar .. a Kurd who is now sitting a life sentence in Vucht. Beheadings don't happen in Turkey .. do Armenian news reporters smoke pot?
@Hamshenkami It's a fact that Jews have been and still are more persecuted in Europe than in Turkey .. it's also a fact that it's VERY rare a catholic/protestant etc would get killed because of his or her religion. Acting like religious murders happen every day is like saying Armenians aren't dying from hunger in Armenia.. it's a BIG lie
It's also a FACT that Armenia was 47% Mulsim before 1920 (Russian archieves) where are those Muslims now? Or the over a million Muslims murdered by Dashnak?
@Hamshenkami Are you serious? Idk where you get your information from but Turkey is one of the countries that suffers from Islamic terrorism. its all your imagination prolly. and "Europe is over-run by islamic groups" ? that was funny thanks.
Not defendin any religion, but dont attack people just because you were hurt. Everybody knows what this is all about. You want recognition and you'll probably get it, but this is not the way. I wonder if you know how many armenians living in turkey.
@lanquide There are approximately 160 000 Armenians in Turkey .. do you also wonder how many Turks live in Armenia? NONE, even though many of them are illegal they are allowed to live in Turkey without paying tax, working illegally to support their families in Armenia. It's funny Hamshenkami talks about Turkish drug gangs .. he forgets that the biggest Heroin suppliers in Europe are Kurds (pkk terrorists/seperatists) from Turkey who are supported by Armenian fundementalists/racists,
@Hamshenkami From this point forward, I will no longer respond to you(your idiocy and moronic desperation percludes me to lower myself to your level). Just for the record, I have nothing against non-dashnak Armenians. I do however, have a major problem with dashnak ARF, AYF(who are recuited into hate groups, terrorism, etc.), ANC, ANCA. Intelligence sources have known for years that Armenian ex-terrorists have armed and trained PKK terrorists in Lebanon & Syria, to kill innocent civillian Turks!
@Hamshenkami I don't know if you're a dashnak or not, nor do I really care! Don't get me started about terrorism! The world knows Armenian terrorism all too well! You may promote whatever you like, but you actions here are quite clear! It's bad eneough that you insult me & my integrity, but you also call my wife a liar as well! That can not be forgiven! I lost my wife to illness last year. You crossed a major line!! If I have a problem with someone, it's focused on that person, not their family!
@Hamshenkami Listen, I'm tired of playing this stupid game with you! I didn't lie about the poster which my wife & I saw, OK! You have yet to provide me even a fragment of evidence backing your false accusation about me! You can't & you know it! Note how you keep changing the topic whenever I press you on this! My adopted aunt & uncle (RIP) are non-Dashnak (Istanbul) Armenians. They told me never trust a dashnak (they murdered Armenians who refused to help them kill civillian Turks & Kurds).
@Hamshenkami Ok, perhaps you can provide the "evidence" which you accuse me of as lying! Speaking of lies, you're an Armenian, so lying is second nature to you dashnakians! As for being racist, I think you need to read all of the dashnakian posts before you dare call me a racist! Just like the other Armo, you too have a potty mouth! But then again, you are a dashnak, so it's accepted that this is what you all do & learn as children (by the AYF & then later on by the ARF as the next step)!
@Hamshenkami You still have yet to present the sources backing up your accusations. As for insults, lies, etc, best to check your own history to see what real thieves, liars, etc are! The WikiPedia leaks have shown the arms & ammo to the Iraqi insurgents (via the Iranian Armenian go betweens), which killed US soldiers, didn't go over very well here in the US (also the $163M Medicare fraud by Armenians doesn't help your cause very much either). My, what insults & a potty mouth you have, loser!
@Hamshenkami Hey asshole...I just checked your channel site! YOU"RE AN ARMENIAN!! Therefore, by definition, YOU ARE A LIAR!!! Therefore, you have zero credibility!! KMA you ARF Armo loser!! Don't ever waste my time again!
@Hamshenkami Oh, let me get this straight...YOU checked about the poster which my wife & I saw in Little Armenia by asking whom? Your Armenian friends? The ARF? ASALA? How about the JCAG? You are an idiot in accusing me of "not telling the truth"! You are obviously confusing me with an ARF Armenian! I know what we saw!! I feel that you are making your whole story us, asshole!! I'll even go as far as saying that you're an ARF Armenian Dashnak! I don't communicate with lying Armo fools like you!
Wow Cenk loves to believe everyone hates Muslims. At 4:40 he says that the EU won't let Turkey in because Turkey is Muslim. Maybe they don't let them in because TURKEY IS NOT A EUROPEAN NATION! It's got nothing to with race or religon. I mean Russia, the biggest country in the world, a European nation, isn't even in the EU. This race baiting needs to stop yesterday
@Ayyube I know he's not, but he's looking for racism in his goddamn cereal like all die hard liberals. Plus you can't ignore that fact that Turkey is an Asian nation and not European. And no non-European nation is in the EU.
@shore2222 I guess Armenia can't be in the EU either? Not an inch of Armenian soil is in Europe will +12% of Turkey actually is and you call it a non-European nation.
@shore2222 You need to check an atlas some time! Then you'll see for yourself that Turkey is, along with Russia, the only countries that are both in Europe and Asia. The REAL reason that the EU won't allow Turkey into the EU is indeed due to racisim via the religion card! Check the Wikileaks and you'll learn that France's President is racists and hates Turkey for his own pathetic reason.
So what you believe is that ANY Armenian who even acknowledges a Turk or Moslem, he is a traitor to all Armenians! That's just crazy & full of hate! My adopted Aunt & Uncle are non-dashnak Armenians. They've received death threats from the hard-core ARF (people like you) to keep their mouths shut & never reveal/speak the TRUTH about the alledged "genocide" (it was written in Armenian but they translated it for me). My grandparents lost most of their families to Armenians in Van, Kars, Erzincan.
This is why we Armenians are nothing today. Because of this moron Ana Kasparoglu. She recently had a video where she generalized the entire Armenian population as criminals in front of this turk who was laughing. This moron traitor undos the work of many great Armenians, unfortunately there are a lot of these morons traitors today, thats why again we are nothing and we have nothing. 70,000 Armenians live in turkey today, enough said.
@qw2589 It's Armenians LIKE YOU who continue the hate!! Ana is a great & strong woman (plus, she's very pretty)! I think that you are afraid of her & all of the new younger generations which your AYF & ARF can't get to so as to brainwash! Listen to what you say,"...in front of THIS Turk..."! What does that statement ALONE say about YOU?!! Racist, bigot comes to mind (among other things). Also, there are 170K Armenians living in Turkey (100K of which are there illegally from Armenia).
@SuliemanTheGreat Son, your not Armenian, you have no idea what Armenians went through under Turkish hands and today continue going through. Turkey has put a blockade against Armenia for about 20 years now, collectively punishing the Armenian population. Does Gaza like Israel today where they are under blockade? Learn some real facts and history. Even worse for us if there are 170K Armenians in Turkey, to me they are traitors and don't deserve to be called Armenian.
@qw2589 Also Erzurum (1915) & Izmir (my maternal grandfather's family members) in 1922. Even Armenias first president wrote in his maifesto that the dashnak party was guilty of mass murder of Turks & others, & that there was NO "genocide" (his book is banned in Armenia to this day). I harbour no ill-will towards any Armenian. I do not judge any of them. I believe in moving on. The historical commission would finally answer these questions of the past.
@SuliemanTheGreat Schmuck instead of citing some book why don't you look at real evidence. Even your great founder Ataturk called Armenian Genocide a "shameful act" in a parliament session, read about it. It was investigated by Turkish mass media and was found that he indeed addressed that speech, in archives. Read cipher telegrams in Ottoman archives, where Talat Pasha sends telegrams to start the mass killings of Armenians.I can't argue with an ignorant moron who refuses to study the Genocide.
@qw2589 SOME BOOK! That book was written by Armenia's first president in 1919. Perhaps it would do YOU some good to read some NEUTRAL sources, & not the obvious Armenian propaganda & one-sided biased books. Who massacred 518,000 Turks (including my grandparent's families)? Perhaps SPACE ALIENS! 2.5 million people (Turks, Azeris, Tartars, Georgians, Persians, Greeks, Arabs, Kurds, Laz & Jews) died as a result of the actions of traitorous dashnak Armenians, lead by Andronik, Dro & other monsters!
@SuliemanTheGreat Jeez, I wonder where the 2 million Armenians disappeared then. Emigrating us ? Why not emigrate the Kurds as well...oh that's right, they were also doing the dirty work. Greeks ? Assyrians ? Where'd they all go. There is no Assyria anymore or at least a chance of having a unified Assyrian people because of the events in 1915. It's as simple as that. I also do not judge Turks by any reason but a state of denial is very dangerous for future generations.
@EKassabian Considering that 1.4M Armenians returned to Syria, Turkey and Lebanon after the relocations, your figure of 2.0M Armenians disappearing is suspect at best! You people keep changing the numbers to fit your propaganda, knowing full well that you're constantly manipulating the gulible, naive and ignorant Christain nations. I notice that, as usual, you & your diaspora still refuse to admit to the numerous genocides which they committed against countless Moslems & non-Moslems alike.
@SuliemanTheGreat This coming out of the Turkish Archives, which relocated Christians so Turkey can become fully Islamic...yea right, I wonder which documents to trust more..it's simple, a new Turkey needed a Muslim majority, not a powerful minority with a million Armenians. To relocate people without their consent whilst secretly killing them on their march is utter disgusting. Truly Nationalistic. Each and every member of the diaspora have their stories. It's a fact, get over it.
@EKassabian No, these come out of various other nation's archives! When the historical commission convenes, they'll examine ALL archive and force Armenia to open their two archive in Boston and Yerevan! Until then, you'll just have to live with your pathetic ignorance. Have fun.
@SuliemanTheGreat First of all, Armenia refuses to open the archives because that would mean a step back politically since it is so politicized all these years thanks to Turkey. Didn't bother to respond to my other comments on deportation ? Funny, no Turk does, so you wouldn't be any different. Remember, I'm not judging you, but your Ottoman ancestors were horrible and were not blaming modern Turkey, we're blaming them.
@EKassabian No, the reason that Armenia still refuses to open their two archives is, well, ask any non-dashnak Armenian. They'll tell you directly that the real reason is because there is too much evidence against them, proving what the Russian, Turkish, American & British eyewitnesses had long documented in their respective archives...the genocides committed by dashnak Armenians (even against their own people)! That's why non-dashnak Armenians hate & are afraid of the dashnaks & the ARF.
@SuliemanTheGreat Okay, more than half of the Armenian diaspora is not dashnak. I'm not a dashnak. I've met with leaders of the Dashnak here in Lebanon and they are the most patriotic and hardworking of the diaspora, even if I don't support their ideas. I wouldn't say that they are afraid of the Dashnaks, there not in power, and there's no need to fear them. American and British eyewitnesses ? Would you like to link those eyewitness facts then ?
@EKassabian Okay, what were your comments on deportation(I don't recall)? Keep in mind that many Armenians returned to Syria, Lebanon, etc by their own free will(no one told them that they had to go to any of these places). Also, remember that the ARF & hard core dashnaks had wrongy accused us of mass murders of Armenians in Istanbul(with concentration camps there). This has since been proven to be false(as are many of the ARF's accusations). That's why they refuse to debate us & open archives.
@SuliemanTheGreat I can wholeheartidly say that they did not return to Syria, Lebanon etc. by their free will. All our grandparents explained to us the stories of their parents on a forced march. It's pretty illogical to think that Armenians wanted to move away from their own homes to somewhere completely new, and by their own "free will". Plus, there was no concentration camps, don't where that popped up from. Once again, Armenia will not open archives because it will be a step back.
@EKassabian By your comments, you've just answered your own question, as well as proving my point. In addition, though I respect your opinions, I'm afraid that you're mistaken in regards to the dashnaks. They are indeed in power (more than you realize, or have been told, at least in the US). My adopted aunt (& her late husband) are/were non-dashnak Armenians. Almost 30 years ago, they showed me the death threat letter (in Armenian) they got from the ARF to keep their mouths shut about the truth.
@SuliemanTheGreat What letter ? Is there any way you can post it or send it to me? Though, I still hardly believe the dashnaks are in power right now. I mean, the RA dislikes them to be honest, even though they are hard workers, no one listens to them because there not in power. And I'm in Beirut, where their headquarters are. They were in Karabagh when it was liberated but there not in power in that region any more.
@EKassabian The letter they received was written in Armenian, They translated it (reading it) to me. They said that they'd place it in the Turkish archives(which will be examined, among thousands of documents there & other national archives, by the historical commission). I'm sure that's were it is. Also, "return" is similar to what's happening in Armenia today(6K Armenians leave the country every month, many coming to Turkey, while others go to Europe or the US). It's an exodus of their choice.
@SuliemanTheGreat That's a different kind of "return". There's a difference between "returning" illegally whilst getting shot in the process, and "immigrating/emigrating". They were deporting them illegally and they still have their papers, where they were living, their keys to their houses when they forced to leave, and their bussiness, which were again, illegally shut down.
@EKassabian As I said before, I do respect your opinion & want to work with you, but I still believe that you are wrong in your assumption regarding the power of the ARF. Believe me, after speaking with several close non-dashnak Armenian friends of mine, they tell me from personal experience that the ARF literally controls everything in Armenia AND especially here in the US & Europe. In 1995, my wife & I were shopping in Little Armenia & saw ARF posters saying "Kill A Turk For April 24th!".
@SuliemanTheGreat Well, there not in control as they want to be. One thing every Armenian knows, is that Dashnak are the only fanatics, and that's why they will never be in control for a while. Regarding the posters, that's horrible and fanatical. This is the first time I hear about this but anyway, this doesn't have to do anything with the genocide.
@EKassabian After the relocation, 1.4M Armenians DID return to Syria, Lebanon, the US & Europe as their new homes. Armenia NEEDS/MUST open their archives, otherwise the UN will force them to do so in the near future (especially when the historical commission convenes sometime next year). Either way, they are going to be opened (neither you nor I have a say in any of this).
@SuliemanTheGreat The keyword here is "return". How can I return to France, for example, if I've never ever been there or even lived there before. The whole process of "relocation" as it is, is illegal. Those "relocated" Armenians were there for more than 2,000 years, they lived and bred there, Ani, Zeitun (where I'm from), Ararat region... they were there before the Ottomans showed up and conquered the whole place. 1.4 Million Armenians aren't just going to pack up and leave just like that.
@SuliemanTheGreat And to state that they are "returning" to Syria, Turkey and Lebanon is hilarious. Who are you to "return" them to somewhere that is not their home. It's the same with all imperialistic empires. And the whole thing that Armenian "betrayed" the Turks is another joke. Can we not have our freedom of independence ? Whhy were the Baltic states including Greece given independence but the Armenians were not ? Once again, typical Imperialistic Empire at it's height.
@qw2589 no dude, you're the real traitor of your race. if armenians did a crime, if anyone did a crime like these people did to innocent americans. if these people were turks cenk would still laugh. please stop, he's not being, racist you are.
I think signing is a good thing for both countries. But i and every armenian on this world will do anythinh to get recognition for the armenians who dies more than 90 years ago! The genocide will be recognised!
read about armenian history,,,the truth is there...but you can go on being full of hate its up to you my point is ..things are not always as they seem
@fretfrek well i think that it goes deeper than that..germany...the french ...rothchilds ..generally the powers that be..the turk may very well have been put up to this....and im armenian..its time to stop its time to quit blaming the they wrong people ..love the tyt cool people..
These so called "Protocols" were manifestation of Turkey to give our two faced president Obama the excuse to stall recognition of the Genocide.
Turkey not only should never be accepted into EU but has to come to terms with its bloody history and present.
Illegal blockade of Armenia, illegal occupation of Northern Cyprus and continued genocidal policy towards its Kurdish minority should end with no preconditions.
@SirSardonicus Nice to know that you know Turkish policy better than turkish government.
As a turk,i don't want my country in Eu so we are in agreement on this issue.
As someone who wants his country to have good relations with everyone,i gotta say it's our decision to whether open borders or not. You can't make us do anything because Turkey is a sovereign country. So learn to tone down the arrogance. And the propaganda on kurds seem not to have changed in 90 years. Shocking!
@SirSardonicus And on northern cyrus, Turkey is definitely not the only one wrong here. Everyside made mistakes. And being condescending about it,ain't gonna effect anything.
Hopefully both sides in cyprus will come together and and have a peaceful future together.
@SirSardonicus If Turkey would ever get accepted in the EU the Turkish citizens would vote no. You're a real historian! It's so obvious. Illegal blockade? How about the Illegal occupation of Qarabagh? And the right wing Greek Junta who was massacering Turkish cypriots before Turkey invaded in 1874. Why don't you people come to terms with your own "bloody" history before begging for money and recognition for fictional events.
@SirSardonicus Actually it is people like you we need to get rid of. Perhaps whatever happened was terrible, but again what's all this hate for? You just won't let it go will you? Even if you got the recognition, cause your sad little pathetic life is based on hating people, nations.
TYT says they agree with the Nobel Prize when all Obama did was escalate the wars in the middle east. So the end result is that people like TYT were duped to think these prize was intended for anything other than ratings. Absolutely no merit whatsoever.
" the Armenian Genocide is not an allegation, a personal opinion, or a point of view, but rather a widely documented fact supported by an overwhelming body of historical evidence." BARAC OBAMA
"As asenator, I strongly support passage of the Armenian Genocide resolution, and as President I will recognize the Armenian genocide."
See this is something America could be hearing in the news instead of hearing the latest development of what Jamie Jungers cousin thinks about Elins latest dress -.-
this deal would be great for armenia because there bankrupt land locked nation with no natural resources and all there neighbours hate them. but if this goes turkey will loose land money and prestige. now strangly as it is turkey is holding all the cards. turkey does not need armenian but armenia needs turkey. and turkey is sacraficing everything what are the armenians sacraficing.what are they willing to sacrafice.because there not holding a getin to EU free card so what is the point.
Ana is armenian her last name is Kasparian if im not mistaken that is an armenian last name if any other armenian sees this post if they could varify that would be great.
Ottoman Empire was brutal to so, so, so many! Go France!

Everybody have right to be wrong in their opinion.
Besides you wouldn't expect from a guy whose families slaughtered by Armenian gangs, to accept Genocide.
It is not ethic to hate one because he has his own interpretation of history.

3choBlaster 1 month ago
@3choBlaster I didn't hear Cenk deny anything. He sat there in agreement. For your information, a lot of Turks are accepting what happened. I know a few myself. You have to understand that no one is saying ALL Turks are bad people, or that the Turks of today are even responsible for what happened. but you have to acknowledge history. I even know of stories Armenians have told me of where some Turks saved some Armenians from the killings by helping them escape. chill!
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
@ImALWAYSleft I know for a fact that 99.99999% Of the Turks do not accept your genocide. Only O Pamuk and Taner Akcam (who's a Kurdish separatist, PKK supporter with nothing but hate for the TR gov.) We're not saying Armenians did not die we're saying it wasn't a government issued genocide, the numbers are inflated (there weren't even 1.5 million Armenians in the empire, and 700 000 survived by Armenians accounts!) and just as many Turks died.
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@ImALWAYSleft You can read old letters of Cenk, in which he supports the Turkish view. You can google them. Most Armenians are actually saying all Turks are bad. They won't accept the fact that their terrorist Dashnak later Asala killed hundreds of thousands of (mostly Kurds) and Turks. Not only do they want recognition, they also want payment, and they want 1/3 of Turkey's soil. (Turkey 70 million, Armenian just over 2 million population)
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@3choBlaster and ALL Armenians accept that people in Armenia are suffering, but we're not going to deny the slaughter of our families in 1915 and before because of the blockade which Turkey some how got involved in when it had nothing to do with Turkey. Oh, and eastern Turkey isn't doing that great as a result of the blockade, and the genocide denial issue is one of the reasons EU members have said Turkey isn't ready. and countless countries have acknowledged the genocide now.
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
@ImALWAYSleft Actually the east is less developed because investors in Turkey always have focused on the west, now the government is making it more beneficial to invest in the east etc. Armenia adds a big nothing to our national income. Pay more attention, since in the last 10 years public opinion has changed. 80% used to support EU, now over 80% is anti EU. Even if they'd accept us we wouldn't join. We have all the benefits none of the burdens of EU members.
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@3choBlaster Its time to accept reality. We need to live together forever, we have to become friendly again, and the way to do that is for Turkey to acknowledge the genocide, attempt to make up for it, and for Armenia to resolve its issues with Azerbaijan. Titles aside, we are to much alike to be this hateful towards one another.
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
@ImALWAYSleft I have no problem withh Armenians or having friendly relations with Armenia/Armenians. But I won't give up a cm of my soil, I won't pay for anything and I won't recognize something that did not happen. Thousands of innocents died. But not only Armenians. Thousands of Turks died because of the Dashnak etc. (whom are heroes in Armenia) between 1870 and 1915 which led to the deportations of the Armenians. Like I said, go to court if you're so sure of your case.
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@3choBlaster I don't really care what Cenk has said in the past. Many Turks have changed their views on the genocide of the Armenians. Your 99.9% is bull my friend. If only you knew the Turks I know. Respectable people who have the balls to accept history. Those a True Turks not like the ones spinning the propaganda machine. Armenians only want what was taken from us and nothing more. The whole 1/3 Turkey is nothing I've heard from anyone I know. Where are you getting this information?
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
@3choBlaster face the facts, no one is denying that 1.5 million Armenians were killed. The U.S. England, Israel, Lebanon, Italy, you name it. The debate Turks have created is over the use of the word "genocide." Which oddly was created to describe what the Turks did to the Armenians in 1915 (go look it up). So Turks did murder 1.5 million Armenians, the attention has shifted to should it be labeled "genocide." Do you at least understand that?
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
@3choBlaster Anyway, we're not going to accomplish anything going back a forth like this, just do me a favor and go hear what the other side has to say and the overwhelming proof by countless sources (the majority is not Armenian by the way) that back it. I have looked at the Turkish side/propaganda, but denying it ever happened is like calling the sky green. Peace!
ImALWAYSleft 1 month ago
I just don't understand what the problem of accepting the facts/truth is? The genocide happened. Ok. So what are Turks so afraid of? Are we going to send them to jail now? Its not like any of the Turks today are responsible! Just acknowledge what happened in your countries history, apologize attempt to make up for it, and lets me friends already. Armenians and Turks are too much alike for us not to be friends.
ImALWAYSleft 3 months ago
@ImALWAYSleft Fact ? The fact is Armenian *so called brothers for hundreds of years* people were evoked by Russia to kill the Turks in the east (In WW1). So they butchered many villages with no mercy(wanting to create a new country) stabbed the Turks from their backs, and of course the country was in WW1 so they didn't want to waste time and interfere with the Armenian terrorists. So the country gave the order of disposal of the Armanian people off the country, with no escort.
ELEMENTALW1 2 months ago
@ELEMENTALW1 Turks and Armenians were never brothers. Armenians have been nothing but oppressed by you ever since Turks migrated from central Asia to the Armenian highlands aka Anatolia. Go type in genocide in wikipedia at least. Don't feel stupid now. Truth is this: Armenians were very well off in Turkey. A lot of economic resources and power were in our hands. Turks felt threatened so they did what all animals do, they went hunting. Stop buying your government propaganda. Go to research.
ImALWAYSleft 2 months ago
@ImALWAYSleft Thats not good too, but according to many (and I mean MANY) American and European researchers, the death of the Turks were much more than Armenian ones. Genocide: "the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, racial, religious, or national group". Systematic ? Destruction ? Is defending your country and villages from backstabbers considered a "Destruction" ? You want to see a genocide example? TYPE ADOLF HITLER ON GOOGLE DUMBASS.
ELEMENTALW1 2 months ago
@ELEMENTALW1 You idiot. Although the Turkish government wont accept the word "genocide," it even admits that more Armenians died then Turks. lol. If Armenians killed Turks, then why are there almost no Armenians left compared to before, yet there are plenty of Turks left in Anatolia? The word "genocide" was created as a result to what the Turks did to the Armenians. How about you go google it. You are an embarrassment to the Turkish race. I am laughing at you so bad right now. lol.
ImALWAYSleft 2 months ago
@ImALWAYSleft The overwhelming majority of historians back Armenians on this. You turks are fighting a losing battle. Now before your government can't deny the facts any longer, its time to take credit for you history and attempt to make a fresh start. The truth always comes out. I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO EAT YOUR OWN SHIT!
ImALWAYSleft 2 months ago
@ImALWAYSleft HAHA an overwhelming majority of historians? That's simply not true, most experts on Ottoman Turkish history do not believe it was a genocide.
But anyway, just explain/answer this ONE simple question. If Armenia is so sure about the genocide. Why won't they just go to the ICJ and sue Turkey? That way the whole world including Turkey would accept it?
Point made, you already LOST. We'll NEVER recognize your lies
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@ELEMENTALW1 lol .. don't even bother, they want us to accept their bullshit. Then let them open their archives. Why won't they accept a coalition of Historians to research what happened in 1915 like Erdogan proposed. HE even said, if the historians come to a conclusion that's negative for Turkey we are ready to face our past (he will recognize it)
But Armenia refused (of course)
They want recognition,,, let them go to court .. They won't because they KNOW they'll lose
3choBlaster 1 month ago
@mreuphrates I agree. The big problem is that for the Armenians it is an emotional issue and human-rights issue, but for Turkey the political ramifications of recognition are way too high. At the very least, Armenia wants Ararat back. That would be such a beautiful goodwill gesture.
Yesbutdoubtful 3 months ago
@Yesbutdoubtful HAHAH, om you dreams. We never conquered Anatolia from the Armenians, we conquered it from the Persians and Greek (neo Romans). The people inhabiting Anatolia when we came were ALL invaders them selves. Kurds claim Ararat too. Anatolia belongs to the HATI and they do not exist anymore. Anatolia has been Turkish for 1000 years and it will stay Turkish for another 10 000.

I feel sorry for armenians because young turks punished a whole nation.(they executed the responsible traitors but they also deported a whole nation)

if you guys have 18,000 documents than why don't you's take it to the international court of justice? why are you's backing off oh because its full of lies isn't it? the truth hurts rite? Turks want this issue to be solved at the international court of justice so why not bring your documents in and let the historians study it... :) if Turks did commit a war crime than let the issue be solved at the courts instead of lobbying parliaments you stupid brainwashed child.

yeah and those sources are from Armenians them selves go read Norman Stone: 'There is No Armenian Genocide'

I want people to read this article its called Norman Stone: 'There is No Armenian Genocide' than you guys will know the truth behind the lies.
trkw0lf 9 months ago
@Hamshenkami Anyways, I live in the USA now. Turkish-Armenian relationships are just extremely weird here for me. I grew up in an Armenian neighborhood in Istanbul, went to an Armenian highschool, half of my bestfriends are Armenians.
I had Armenians leaving the room when they found out I come from Turkey. . I know it will get better in time, but just sad. two nations, this close to each other... I have limited information about "genocide" but I don't mind the recognition, if its gonna help
lanquide 9 months ago
@Hamshenkami Yes, I remember those incidents. What I was trying to say is religious killings are not any more in Turkey, than they are in the U.S or Europe. It happens, which is extremely sad and terrible. They are not governmental or planned killings. We still mourn ( both turkish and armenians) for Hrant Dink, a famous Armenian journalist. It is not like people hate minorities in Turkey, its just some uneducated individuals . Ps: Whoever said Armenians are terrorists is just a fucking moron.
lanquide 9 months ago
@Hamshenkami After the 17th century Armenians and Turks even Arabs etc. started to try and enroll their kids in the corps. Turks Armenians and Jews where excluded from the Devshirme system. Only balkan Christians, like Greeks, Bulgarians, Christian Bosnians etc. where enrolled in the Devshirme system. This is a know fucking fact ..
I have no words to describe you.. how stupid are you trying to teach me my own history.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Also Armenians where RARELY enrolled in Devshirme or either the Janissary corps. In fact until the 17th century there wasn't 1 Armenian enrolled in Devshirme or the Janissary Corps so how the fuck do you expect Mimar Sinan to be Armenian you idiot. Janissary's until the 17th century where from the balkans, after that Muslims started enrolling their owns sons in to the corps because of the power and prestige of the Janissary corps.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago

3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Yes of course every Turk would love to be friends with a xenophobe delusional racist Armenian.
So what I understand ALL Turkish dialects from Turkey and most Turkish dialects from other Turkic countries. I speak fluent English, Dutch (and I speak/understand all dialects) Turkish, a little bit of German some French and I started with Spanish this year. The only one who's brainwashed here is you.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami 99% of all his biographies, 99% of all historical sources show him as Greek (a Rum) not Armenian haha. the bogus claim he is an Armenian came out a few years ago because Armenians argued that it was "possible" for him to be Armenian too (in another PATHETIC attempt steal more culture from others)
In that case it was quite possible that he was Turkish too, but the matter of the fucking fact is that he is Greek, Born to a Greek family part of the Greek Church from a Greek village
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami I'm not the one who has a hard time writing English, who apparently never heard of logical thinking, does nothing but lying and who acts like a 12 year old girl on her first period.
I'm wondering if you ever had any education at all .. if you did have education you must have had it in Armenia hahah .. that would explain your delusional mind set.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami lol .. the truth hurts doesn't it you little bitch .. haha
Yeah you've keep copying names from Ottoman Armenians from Wiki for 50 comments now and you're judging me?
Haha pathetic little worm. Greeks or Armenian makes a huge fucking difference .. you mean to say that it's ok for Armenians to steal a Greeks identity but not for a Turk? HAHA you're the biggest piece of shit hypocrite I've EVER seen.
For the Record .. he is one of ours .. we raised him, we fed him, we learned him

Having established a one-party state ruled by his Republican People's Party,
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
And the Turkish alphabet was made by TURKISH linguists you dumb fuck not Armenian where the fuck did you come up with that one .. haha that's just hilarious!!
Furthermore .. WTF has this got to do with Armenian culture? HAHAHA Pathetic .. you're attempts at showing Armenians have culture where
1. Calling a Greek Ottoman an Armenian.
2. Lying about the Turkish alphabet (names of original linguist : Wiki)
3 ... ho .. yea that's about it ...
HAHAHA PATHETIC, no other words to describe it

3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami In you wet dreams there are .. Armenians in Turkey simply call them selves Armenian you dumb fucking idiot, no one Armenian calls him self Kurd and no Kurd calls him self Armenian. And aren't you claiming that we treat Kurds bad .. so what fucking use would it have for an Armenian to hide under a Kurdish identity while if that where the case he could also hide under a Turkish identity.... you're pathetic attempts at logic are equal to that of a 5 year old
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Hahaha you dumb lying piece of shit, majority of Turks in Europe work in factories, the majority of the third generation are have own businesses who the fuck are you calling cleaners you gypsy.
Hahah give me the name of your hotel and you will never be able to set foot there again, once again you DUMB FUCK I NEVER SAID THERE WHERE NO HOTELS IN RIZE AND TRABZON. And I do not need to stay in a hotel in my own country you dumb fuck I practically live there and I have my own houses.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami If you would STFU stop crying, and start working on your pathetic nations future maybe you'd have a chance at a real future ,... but it seems like many more Armenian children need to die in the cold with no medicine, water, food, electricity just because you want to act like a 12 year old little bitch on her first period.
Grow some fucking balls, and accept the fact that Turks will NEVER accept your forced made up history. That fact has been established long ago.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami And don't feel bad ,, if you see beautiful Turkey it will remind you that it's neighbor is the not so beautiful poor/starving country called Armenia ..it's sad really, Armenians in Europe and America screaming Genocide and Recognize .. Armenians in Armenia screaming, BREAD and WATER, Armenians in America and Europe lobbying for recognition and apology Armenians from Armenia secretly crossing the border cleaning the toilets of the people they want an apology from haha .
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami You're a fool to try and explain the local peoples to a local, 1/4 of my life in in Turkey .. I'm there at least 3 months a year. . who are you to talk about my country, my home, my mountains and my people. And I truly get it .. imagining you would visit beautiful Turkey day dreaming about it and all that ... I hope you really visit Turkey one day .. just don't start calling people Armenian haha especially in Trabzon/Rize (the cities) they'll lynch you.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami 5000 ? There are about 30/40 000 Hemsin people in Turkey .. and there is almost NO migration from the Rize area to Europe .. how did 5000 Hemsins end up in Germany you dumb fuck ... WHO CARES ABOUT THOSE KURDS? Most Kurds in Europe are pro PKK and are traitors, they usually give up their nationality when they migrate to escape military duty anyway. What benefit does it have as Kurd to change your ethnic background to Armenian, how dumb are you? Are you taking any medication?
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami No what is Turkish of me is defending the truth, I am getting nasty? You haven't seen nasty yet .. Nasty are the Armenians who back stabbed the Byzantines for the Persians the Persians for the Byzantines the Byzantines for the Turks and the Ottomans for the English. You people have no culture no connection to each other except your 1915 remembrance days etc. it's just pathetic that's all what Armenians have in common .. that's why Armenia dies of hunger and disease .. backstabbers.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami What about the Laz? Why don't we have any problems with them? The Laz are my brothers and they are one of the most nationalistic people in Turkey haha...
Infact Laz people would call Hemsin people (not people from Hemsinli) Armenians which the Hemsin considered an insult.. and they still do especially the older generation this is simply a fact. It's even written on Wikipedia haha. The Turkish Hemsins consider them selves a distinct race like the Yezidi's feel about Kurds.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Yes of course .. how could I be so wrong ... the people in Hemsinli must be Armenians because Armenians have Wolf tattoos on their arm are proud to have served almost 3 years in the east of Turkey fighting terrorists, have 2 huge Turkish flags in the middle of their village with an Ataturk poster/flag in the middle. Yes Armenians have Turkic Orkhon Inscriptions on their arm quoted from old Turkic tablets from Asia. If you called my uncles friend Armenian he would skin you alive.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami How simple are you?
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami It's obvious that you're lying but if you came to Turkey to visit hemsinli .. it would be the dumbest thing ever.. who the fuck travels to a small village where you can't do anything .. there isn't even a fucking motel there how where did you sleep .. you liar.
The only reason I went there was because an old friend of my uncle lives there. They served together in the army in the 80's as conscripts, sometimes when were near/in Rize we visit him.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Ho and also you idiot.. you should stop trying to explain the population of the area where I'm from. I'm in Turkey 3 months every year. And I've been in pretty much every corner of my country. I know the local peoples and their traditions, cuisine etc But most of my time is spend in Kardeniz Corum/Trabzon/Samsun and I have been to Rize many times and 4 times to Hemsinli. I know local people you idiot.
It's a small district and their town/village has their own site. Hemsinli . com
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami haha don't make me laugh you lying bastard .. you simply NEVER have been in Turkey and I wasn't talking about Al Qaida you moron but the Muslim brotherhood from Egypt. How stupid are you.. not only are you obviously lying but you're also not capable of reading a simple comment.
5000 people changed their ethnicity haha don't make me laugh man you're truly pathetic, even Turkish Armenians feel more sophisticated then Armenians from Armenia, There even was an article on it in the NYT
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami I know for a fact there isn't 1 Turk living in Armenia today (maybe an Armenian with Turkish heritage which he does not know about but otherwise not 1!)
The only thing that goes from Turkey to Armenia with a plane are some Turkish Armenians, Turkish products/machinery, occasional some business men but most stay away since it's hard doing business between Armenia and Turkey.
You can also visit Hemsinli's site .. hemsinli . com
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Hahaha you've obviously never been there. I'm from Corum, And I know people from Hemsin personally, There are people who have Armenian origins there, but even they don't consider them selves Armenian any more. Many of them are Muslim, very few stayed Christian. Many people who live there nowadays are simply ethnic Turks. Exactly the Armenians from Istanbul, Izmir etc. weren't deported since they formed no threat .. now what country massacring a race leaves them at his capitol?
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
10. 3/4 million Turks overseas, 75 million Turks in Turkey.
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
8. 60 000 Kurds ? That's a huge lie .. 99% of them are Yezidi's who do not consider them selves Kurd but rather see Kurd as an Insult .. while the PKK/PJAK try to win them over. The rest are ex PKK/PJAK members who fled Iran/Turkey and are propagating PKK/PJAK in Armenia.
9. How come there are still over 100 000 Armenians in Turkey after we "brutally" started to massacre you all for no reason? (SARCASM)
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami You are aware the Turkish drug gangs you're talking about are actually Kurdish gangs who are loyal to the PKK and who are funded by many predominant Armenians and even have former ASALA members etc included in them? The Turkish mafia trade arms they don't trade in drugs. Huseyin Baybasin is an Former PKK member and is nicknamed Europes Pablo Escobar .. a Kurd who is now sitting a life sentence in Vucht. Beheadings don't happen in Turkey .. do Armenian news reporters smoke pot?
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami It's a fact that Jews have been and still are more persecuted in Europe than in Turkey .. it's also a fact that it's VERY rare a catholic/protestant etc would get killed because of his or her religion. Acting like religious murders happen every day is like saying Armenians aren't dying from hunger in Armenia.. it's a BIG lie
It's also a FACT that Armenia was 47% Mulsim before 1920 (Russian archieves) where are those Muslims now? Or the over a million Muslims murdered by Dashnak?
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami Are you serious? Idk where you get your information from but Turkey is one of the countries that suffers from Islamic terrorism. its all your imagination prolly. and "Europe is over-run by islamic groups" ? that was funny thanks.
Not defendin any religion, but dont attack people just because you were hurt. Everybody knows what this is all about. You want recognition and you'll probably get it, but this is not the way. I wonder if you know how many armenians living in turkey.
lanquide 11 months ago
@lanquide There are approximately 160 000 Armenians in Turkey .. do you also wonder how many Turks live in Armenia? NONE, even though many of them are illegal they are allowed to live in Turkey without paying tax, working illegally to support their families in Armenia. It's funny Hamshenkami talks about Turkish drug gangs .. he forgets that the biggest Heroin suppliers in Europe are Kurds (pkk terrorists/seperatists) from Turkey who are supported by Armenian fundementalists/racists,
3choBlast3r 11 months ago
@Hamshenkami From this point forward, I will no longer respond to you(your idiocy and moronic desperation percludes me to lower myself to your level). Just for the record, I have nothing against non-dashnak Armenians. I do however, have a major problem with dashnak ARF, AYF(who are recuited into hate groups, terrorism, etc.), ANC, ANCA. Intelligence sources have known for years that Armenian ex-terrorists have armed and trained PKK terrorists in Lebanon & Syria, to kill innocent civillian Turks!
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@Hamshenkami I don't know if you're a dashnak or not, nor do I really care! Don't get me started about terrorism! The world knows Armenian terrorism all too well! You may promote whatever you like, but you actions here are quite clear! It's bad eneough that you insult me & my integrity, but you also call my wife a liar as well! That can not be forgiven! I lost my wife to illness last year. You crossed a major line!! If I have a problem with someone, it's focused on that person, not their family!
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@Hamshenkami Listen, I'm tired of playing this stupid game with you! I didn't lie about the poster which my wife & I saw, OK! You have yet to provide me even a fragment of evidence backing your false accusation about me! You can't & you know it! Note how you keep changing the topic whenever I press you on this! My adopted aunt & uncle (RIP) are non-Dashnak (Istanbul) Armenians. They told me never trust a dashnak (they murdered Armenians who refused to help them kill civillian Turks & Kurds).
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@Hamshenkami Ok, perhaps you can provide the "evidence" which you accuse me of as lying! Speaking of lies, you're an Armenian, so lying is second nature to you dashnakians! As for being racist, I think you need to read all of the dashnakian posts before you dare call me a racist! Just like the other Armo, you too have a potty mouth! But then again, you are a dashnak, so it's accepted that this is what you all do & learn as children (by the AYF & then later on by the ARF as the next step)!
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@Hamshenkami You still have yet to present the sources backing up your accusations. As for insults, lies, etc, best to check your own history to see what real thieves, liars, etc are! The WikiPedia leaks have shown the arms & ammo to the Iraqi insurgents (via the Iranian Armenian go betweens), which killed US soldiers, didn't go over very well here in the US (also the $163M Medicare fraud by Armenians doesn't help your cause very much either). My, what insults & a potty mouth you have, loser!
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago

This race baiting needs to stop yesterday
shore2222 1 year ago
@shore2222 No, that what a lot of people believe why Turkey isn't in the EU already. Btw, Cenk's Agnostic not Muslim.
Ayyube 1 year ago
@Ayyube I know he's not, but he's looking for racism in his goddamn cereal like all die hard liberals. Plus you can't ignore that fact that Turkey is an Asian nation and not European. And no non-European nation is in the EU.
shore2222 1 year ago
@shore2222 I guess Armenia can't be in the EU either? Not an inch of Armenian soil is in Europe will +12% of Turkey actually is and you call it a non-European nation.
Ayyube 1 year ago
@shore2222 You need to check an atlas some time! Then you'll see for yourself that Turkey is, along with Russia, the only countries that are both in Europe and Asia. The REAL reason that the EU won't allow Turkey into the EU is indeed due to racisim via the religion card! Check the Wikileaks and you'll learn that France's President is racists and hates Turkey for his own pathetic reason.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
So what you believe is that ANY Armenian who even acknowledges a Turk or Moslem, he is a traitor to all Armenians! That's just crazy & full of hate! My adopted Aunt & Uncle are non-dashnak Armenians. They've received death threats from the hard-core ARF (people like you) to keep their mouths shut & never reveal/speak the TRUTH about the alledged "genocide" (it was written in Armenian but they translated it for me). My grandparents lost most of their families to Armenians in Van, Kars, Erzincan.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
This is why we Armenians are nothing today. Because of this moron Ana Kasparoglu. She recently had a video where she generalized the entire Armenian population as criminals in front of this turk who was laughing. This moron traitor undos the work of many great Armenians, unfortunately there are a lot of these morons traitors today, thats why again we are nothing and we have nothing. 70,000 Armenians live in turkey today, enough said.
qw2589 1 year ago
@qw2589 It's Armenians LIKE YOU who continue the hate!! Ana is a great & strong woman (plus, she's very pretty)! I think that you are afraid of her & all of the new younger generations which your AYF & ARF can't get to so as to brainwash! Listen to what you say,"...in front of THIS Turk..."! What does that statement ALONE say about YOU?!! Racist, bigot comes to mind (among other things). Also, there are 170K Armenians living in Turkey (100K of which are there illegally from Armenia).
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat Son, your not Armenian, you have no idea what Armenians went through under Turkish hands and today continue going through. Turkey has put a blockade against Armenia for about 20 years now, collectively punishing the Armenian population. Does Gaza like Israel today where they are under blockade? Learn some real facts and history. Even worse for us if there are 170K Armenians in Turkey, to me they are traitors and don't deserve to be called Armenian.
qw2589 1 year ago
@qw2589 Also Erzurum (1915) & Izmir (my maternal grandfather's family members) in 1922. Even Armenias first president wrote in his maifesto that the dashnak party was guilty of mass murder of Turks & others, & that there was NO "genocide" (his book is banned in Armenia to this day). I harbour no ill-will towards any Armenian. I do not judge any of them. I believe in moving on. The historical commission would finally answer these questions of the past.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat Schmuck instead of citing some book why don't you look at real evidence. Even your great founder Ataturk called Armenian Genocide a "shameful act" in a parliament session, read about it. It was investigated by Turkish mass media and was found that he indeed addressed that speech, in archives. Read cipher telegrams in Ottoman archives, where Talat Pasha sends telegrams to start the mass killings of Armenians.I can't argue with an ignorant moron who refuses to study the Genocide.
qw2589 1 year ago
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat Jeez, I wonder where the 2 million Armenians disappeared then. Emigrating us ? Why not emigrate the Kurds as well...oh that's right, they were also doing the dirty work. Greeks ? Assyrians ? Where'd they all go. There is no Assyria anymore or at least a chance of having a unified Assyrian people because of the events in 1915. It's as simple as that. I also do not judge Turks by any reason but a state of denial is very dangerous for future generations.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian Considering that 1.4M Armenians returned to Syria, Turkey and Lebanon after the relocations, your figure of 2.0M Armenians disappearing is suspect at best! You people keep changing the numbers to fit your propaganda, knowing full well that you're constantly manipulating the gulible, naive and ignorant Christain nations. I notice that, as usual, you & your diaspora still refuse to admit to the numerous genocides which they committed against countless Moslems & non-Moslems alike.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat This coming out of the Turkish Archives, which relocated Christians so Turkey can become fully Islamic...yea right, I wonder which documents to trust more..it's simple, a new Turkey needed a Muslim majority, not a powerful minority with a million Armenians. To relocate people without their consent whilst secretly killing them on their march is utter disgusting. Truly Nationalistic. Each and every member of the diaspora have their stories. It's a fact, get over it.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian No, these come out of various other nation's archives! When the historical commission convenes, they'll examine ALL archive and force Armenia to open their two archive in Boston and Yerevan! Until then, you'll just have to live with your pathetic ignorance. Have fun.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat First of all, Armenia refuses to open the archives because that would mean a step back politically since it is so politicized all these years thanks to Turkey. Didn't bother to respond to my other comments on deportation ? Funny, no Turk does, so you wouldn't be any different. Remember, I'm not judging you, but your Ottoman ancestors were horrible and were not blaming modern Turkey, we're blaming them.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian No, the reason that Armenia still refuses to open their two archives is, well, ask any non-dashnak Armenian. They'll tell you directly that the real reason is because there is too much evidence against them, proving what the Russian, Turkish, American & British eyewitnesses had long documented in their respective archives...the genocides committed by dashnak Armenians (even against their own people)! That's why non-dashnak Armenians hate & are afraid of the dashnaks & the ARF.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat Okay, more than half of the Armenian diaspora is not dashnak. I'm not a dashnak. I've met with leaders of the Dashnak here in Lebanon and they are the most patriotic and hardworking of the diaspora, even if I don't support their ideas. I wouldn't say that they are afraid of the Dashnaks, there not in power, and there's no need to fear them. American and British eyewitnesses ? Would you like to link those eyewitness facts then ?
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian Okay, what were your comments on deportation(I don't recall)? Keep in mind that many Armenians returned to Syria, Lebanon, etc by their own free will(no one told them that they had to go to any of these places). Also, remember that the ARF & hard core dashnaks had wrongy accused us of mass murders of Armenians in Istanbul(with concentration camps there). This has since been proven to be false(as are many of the ARF's accusations). That's why they refuse to debate us & open archives.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat I can wholeheartidly say that they did not return to Syria, Lebanon etc. by their free will. All our grandparents explained to us the stories of their parents on a forced march. It's pretty illogical to think that Armenians wanted to move away from their own homes to somewhere completely new, and by their own "free will". Plus, there was no concentration camps, don't where that popped up from. Once again, Armenia will not open archives because it will be a step back.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian By your comments, you've just answered your own question, as well as proving my point. In addition, though I respect your opinions, I'm afraid that you're mistaken in regards to the dashnaks. They are indeed in power (more than you realize, or have been told, at least in the US). My adopted aunt (& her late husband) are/were non-dashnak Armenians. Almost 30 years ago, they showed me the death threat letter (in Armenian) they got from the ARF to keep their mouths shut about the truth.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat What letter ? Is there any way you can post it or send it to me? Though, I still hardly believe the dashnaks are in power right now. I mean, the RA dislikes them to be honest, even though they are hard workers, no one listens to them because there not in power. And I'm in Beirut, where their headquarters are. They were in Karabagh when it was liberated but there not in power in that region any more.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian The letter they received was written in Armenian, They translated it (reading it) to me. They said that they'd place it in the Turkish archives(which will be examined, among thousands of documents there & other national archives, by the historical commission). I'm sure that's were it is. Also, "return" is similar to what's happening in Armenia today(6K Armenians leave the country every month, many coming to Turkey, while others go to Europe or the US). It's an exodus of their choice.
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat That's a different kind of "return". There's a difference between "returning" illegally whilst getting shot in the process, and "immigrating/emigrating". They were deporting them illegally and they still have their papers, where they were living, their keys to their houses when they forced to leave, and their bussiness, which were again, illegally shut down.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian As I said before, I do respect your opinion & want to work with you, but I still believe that you are wrong in your assumption regarding the power of the ARF. Believe me, after speaking with several close non-dashnak Armenian friends of mine, they tell me from personal experience that the ARF literally controls everything in Armenia AND especially here in the US & Europe. In 1995, my wife & I were shopping in Little Armenia & saw ARF posters saying "Kill A Turk For April 24th!".
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat Well, there not in control as they want to be. One thing every Armenian knows, is that Dashnak are the only fanatics, and that's why they will never be in control for a while. Regarding the posters, that's horrible and fanatical. This is the first time I hear about this but anyway, this doesn't have to do anything with the genocide.
EKassabian 1 year ago
@EKassabian After the relocation, 1.4M Armenians DID return to Syria, Lebanon, the US & Europe as their new homes. Armenia NEEDS/MUST open their archives, otherwise the UN will force them to do so in the near future (especially when the historical commission convenes sometime next year). Either way, they are going to be opened (neither you nor I have a say in any of this).
SuliemanTheGreat 1 year ago
@SuliemanTheGreat The keyword here is "return". How can I return to France, for example, if I've never ever been there or even lived there before. The whole process of "relocation" as it is, is illegal. Those "relocated" Armenians were there for more than 2,000 years, they lived and bred there, Ani, Zeitun (where I'm from), Ararat region... they were there before the Ottomans showed up and conquered the whole place. 1.4 Million Armenians aren't just going to pack up and leave just like that.
EKassabian 1 year ago

SirSardonicus 1 year ago 13
@SirSardonicus Nice to know that you know Turkish policy better than turkish government.
As a turk,i don't want my country in Eu so we are in agreement on this issue.
As someone who wants his country to have good relations with everyone,i gotta say it's our decision to whether open borders or not. You can't make us do anything because Turkey is a sovereign country. So learn to tone down the arrogance. And the propaganda on kurds seem not to have changed in 90 years. Shocking!
Kraat 1 year ago
@SirSardonicus And on northern cyrus, Turkey is definitely not the only one wrong here. Everyside made mistakes. And being condescending about it,ain't gonna effect anything.
Hopefully both sides in cyprus will come together and and have a peaceful future together.
Kraat 1 year ago
@SirSardonicus If Turkey would ever get accepted in the EU the Turkish citizens would vote no. You're a real historian! It's so obvious. Illegal blockade? How about the Illegal occupation of Qarabagh? And the right wing Greek Junta who was massacering Turkish cypriots before Turkey invaded in 1874. Why don't you people come to terms with your own "bloody" history before begging for money and recognition for fictional events.
3choBlast3r 1 year ago
@SirSardonicus Actually it is people like you we need to get rid of. Perhaps whatever happened was terrible, but again what's all this hate for? You just won't let it go will you? Even if you got the recognition, cause your sad little pathetic life is based on hating people, nations.

TYT says they agree with the Nobel Prize when all Obama did was escalate the wars in the middle east. So the end result is that people like TYT were duped to think these prize was intended for anything other than ratings. Absolutely no merit whatsoever.

this deal would be great for armenia because there bankrupt land locked nation with no natural resources and all there neighbours hate them. but if this goes turkey will loose land money and prestige. now strangly as it is turkey is holding all the cards. turkey does not need armenian but armenia needs turkey. and turkey is sacraficing everything what are the armenians sacraficing.what are they willing to sacrafice.because there not holding a getin to EU free card so what is the point.
