How far do I throw? No idea. I haven't competed in a long time. Spend way too much time coaching and training athletes and have no time to throw on my own. In college I threw the 16 pound shot just over 50 feet, discus was around 165 feet, hammer about 165 and indoor weight was 55 (I think). It's been about 10 years since college though, LOL.
