u mean harder as in to get into mcgill compared to other Unis? i dunno bout that but I do know the requirements set by mcgill is the highest of all Unis in canada. i mean.. harvard is america's mcgill.. lol.. tell me if u r coming! I'll show u around! =D

hahaha yeah! well ive already been accepted to engineering so thats super happy :) i just meant is it harder to get good grades while your studying than at say.. queens?

oh.. it really depends on your batch.. my batch is super smart ppl! haha.. i mean average of bout 700 students is always around 75-85% (which is damn awesome!)but they normally stick to the grades fixed unless the avrg is so bad, which they will then curve(the distribution thing..)the marks..(btw, mcgill curves hardly help unless u failed the paper..lol)

what i heard bout queens is tht there's tonnes of work (more than mcgill it seems.. but mcgill has tonnes too.. well, at least I feel it's a lot and I'm not the party type..haha) and that as long as u do yr homeworks in queens, u should be able to score !

@RedNativeRose for engineering i believe the cut off is about 88% or so. but you need to have every mark above and 80 or you wont get considered (your top six grades).

@erikax0x Mcgill has a reputation of being one of the most presigious of canada, though as for admission difficulty, apparently this year it is easier to get into than UBC

Awesome, my mom is from Montreal so I had to show her this - we saw the movie and she didn't recognize it:D Too funny. I've been to McGill for a book sale at their main campus - it's awesome school.

@hotgiial101 there's no such thing as the ''Harvard of Canada''. McGill's one of a kind. Last time I checked, I couldnt find any other bilingual institutions like McGill in the US.
