COLB is abstract from certificate on file. Parents could be birth parents or adoptive parents. Dr. Fukino's statement page 76 of "Manchurian President" tips us that parents named on this COLB are adoptive, from amended birth certificate. Obama won't release original birth certificate showing birth parents, although it would prove at birth he was natural born U.S. citizen, because it would also prove he is not black. Barry's real problems arise from probable loss of U.S. citizenship after birth.

The Kapi'olani organization has existed for 100 years, but, when he was born, it was called the Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital and was located on a different street. The Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children was built at it's present location and renamed in 1978. So this can not be the place of his birth, because it didn't yet exist.

To be “Natural Born” Both parents must be American citizens and can not be a citizen of any other country. If a non-citizen couple comes to the USA and has a child here. Yes, that child is a citizen. However, it is not natural born.
