I agree that people should have freedom over their own bodies, but you also have to ask, "At what point does being reckless put others in danger as well?" I agree with Stossel that there should be SOME regulation where the free market has no motive to protect innocents. I also agree with Stanhope that the government should stay away from marriage. I'm against legalizing gay marriage, but I believe that the government should not be the primary recognizer of marriage. That should be the church.

@digifreak10101 why a monopoly of marriage by churchs? marriage wasn't invented by religions neither is a religious thing, it's an oath and a tradition.
