The part where ethics come into the picture are in 2 parts.

First part is: Wether it was something done to the child with malign intent or putting him in that state for the purpose of creating a funny video. This case, it was neither.

Second part: Why and how it was shared. The reasons and way it was shared i don't think was unethical. If you have a funny clip of your kid that isn't hurtfull to them if shared, and don't violate any laws, it's all good. (like Americas Funniest Homevideos)

If I tried to get work as I am, with pain killers, on top of the pain, no one would hire me. I have the pain all day, different points of the day, it gets worse and I have to stop for a few minutes, unless I feel like falling down some stairs.
