I saw these guys on the weekend in Galway for the Arts Festival. Absolutely phenomenal live. They're all brothers from the south side of Chicago. I'd highly recommend anybody who gets the chance to go see them. I'd go again in a flash if they came back here. Balicki Bone!

Most people are walking past them because it is the subway stop near Times Square, there's millions of people out there, mostly tourists with their blinders on. Looked like they had a pretty decent sized crowd. If they would have played somewhere like Washington Square Park they would have got a huge crowd.

Caught these guys at that same spot back in November 2006. They are absolutely MIND-BLOWING live! Could hardly find anything on the internet about them at the time but now they're everywhere! Great sound but unfortunaley they must be ensecure of themselves as they do not like their photo taken. They forget that they are in a public a stage and that anyone is entitled to take a public photo.

I am aware that they sell out shows around the world...& more power to them!!! They should...they are fantastic!!! I am merely going by what I've heard them say...on a few occasions...playing on the streets of New York. I have to tell you...I didn't get that from what they said. (i.e. money in the "hat" was a spit in the face to them...I didn't get that message at all. BTW, that's the only way you can buy their CD's...is from them...on the street. At any rate...I love them!!!!
