The speaker has a speech impediment. I certainly can appreciate that she speaks in a monotone, because her slow and careful enunciation allows us to understand her idiosyncratic vocalization. No, I'm not disparaging her accent. I hope that either she will get some elocution lessons, or that she will allow someone else to become the voice of this channel. I do not mean to offend her, but even after a fairly long period of time listening to her- the way that she speaks distracts from the videos.

I dislike using overly technical terms of artificial sounding jargon, unfortunately I know of no lay-man's description capable of succinctly encompassing the particular speech impediment she suffers from. I'm afraid she has Cocknmouth syndrome, and elocution instruction can do nothing for her. It can only be remedied when the offending organ is removed from her mouth completely, and may even require surgery.
