I'd like to thank you for posting these chants. I just happened to come across them two weeks ago and have been practicing the miracle mantra chant and the ara kara. Something strange happened to me the other night. I woke up and saw a hugebright vision of siva baba on my wall. I knew for sure I wasn't dreaming. His image then morphed into a beautiful image of Jesus. I know it sounds weird, but it's completely true. Have you ever heard of anything like this? IF so, what does it mean?

Eyes closed or eyes open...both are good. Most people find it easier to focus with the eyes closed. But try both to see which one feels more suited for you.

It may be a long time change within your self that you have wanted to create - and by doing this chant, you see that shift occur and you become a different person. Yes..listening to the chant is definitely effective. But I would have to say not as effective as actively engaging in it and allowing full concentration while sitting in front of your meditation area. Both are good. Many times I play chants in the "background" - even when I sleep - and in my car as well.

Listening to the mantras in your car is a good thing to do. And at night when you sleep. And in the background during whatever you are doing. However, I would not say this is a "substitute" for really putting your attention on the chants and participating with the entire process - lighting a ghee lamp, lighting incense, putting on vibhuti, praying, tuning into the Divine - all this in front of a sacred space you have created within your own home.

I do not have an exact translation for you but I will do my best.

The 1st line is talking about an area of India and a type of Siddha master -- this is referring to Baba (Datttreya Siva Baba) in one of his past lives.

The 2nd line is refers to "royalty consciousness" and tapping into the wealth consciousness.

The 3rd line is referring to a sacred mountain "Arunachale" a mountain in India where Lord Shiva lives!

The 4th line is Baba's name - which carries a great deal of power.

How do they work? These chants are ancient chants used by enlightened masters in India for thousands and thousands of years. These particular vibrations or sounds create miracles in people's lives.

I am not sure what your question is but I will try to answer it to the best of my ability. There are "power" numbers with chanting. Some of those numbers are 9, 27, 54 and 108. You can choose which ones you wish to use when you chant. For example, you could commit to chanting this mantra 108 times every morning. If you mean how long before you get results, this is highly individual ~ depends upon things such as, karma, your commitment, etc.

These chants are powerful and if you are willing to be commitment to using them. If not, then you will "reap what you sow", just as with anything in life.

You can simply listen to the chants, not put any effort into learning them or feeling them or believing in them ~ that may get you the results you are seeking ~ it is highly unlikely. It takes commitment & doing the chant regularly to get results.

One hour a day is great to start. Try doing that for 40 days & see what happens!

Listening passively is okay and I believe the sound vibrations of these powerful chants will still have an affect. However, actively doing the chant yourself would be more powerful for sure.
