Trashy "noise" made DEG unique back then and separated them from other crappy visual bands. I prefer the old one on several points; vocals are more harmonic; the solo is better; Die's clean guitar playing is there, and it's more fun to play it on guitar.

I do love their old visual style though. Now they just turned into normal jrock. I think Visual Kei was much more appealing. It's just lazyness if you ask me.

I like the old Ash because his voice was more distorted in this song and sounded cooler =)
