  • ESSE CARA É FODA! ELE EH O MELHOR!!!!

    PARABÉNS GUILLAUME!!!

  • 'the bends' are actually caused by NO2 ...not CO2

nery has to watch out for shallow water blackout which i imagine is why so many guys come up with him that last 30 feet

  • NO it doesnt, the total bottom time is not long enough. teqlap is rite in this one

  • how he get so deep ?

  • sweet whats that songs called

  • this guy can walk up to any area of water and just jump in and go to the bottom thats awesome

  • and as if that is not enough- HE GOES DEEEPAH!

  • How does he swim up so fast without getting the bins?

  • @mchadeath The bends, as they are called, are caused by bubbles of gas trapped in your bloodsystem. If they are introduced while being compressed, such as at a certain depth, they expand when the diver approaches the surface since the pressure is decreasing. When freediving though, no gas is added during the dive and the gases in your system will compress while you go down, and then expand to their initial volume on the way up. Initial volume = a breath of air...

  • @mchadeath Last post was a little weird maybe, picture this. If you take a breath of compressed air at a depth of 30m, one breath being about 6 L, and then swim to the surface while holding your breath, that breath of air you took at 30m will be four times the volume at the surface, 24L. The pressure will push nitrogen bubbles into your tissues where they cause general havoc...

  • @mchadeath The bends only applies when using scuba because the tank adjusts the co2 in the mix. Since the air was taken at the surface it doesn't apply here.

  • @teqlab i think it can still apply without scuba gear... see "decompression sickness / ascent from depth" on wikipedia.

  • I am Cornholio

  • Wow! That is amazing 113 meters! I can only do 112! ;-)

  • I prefer his attitude of freediving than Herbert's..honestly i think he is much closer to the "homo delphinus" than the Herminator:D

  • deepest ever
