Unfortunately I got the jeans from a store called DOTS. They have a website, but you can't order clothes from it :( I got the shirt from Modcloth. Google it and you'll find the website. They won't have my shirt anymore, however you may be able to find something like it :)

I got the coat on sale at JCPenney. You can go to their website and search "st. john's bay hooded pea coat". You'll find mine on there. :)
