if we assign multiple Ip to an interface can we access them all alternately?

i mean if i assign 192.168.0.1/24 172.16.0.1/24 and 200.0.0.1/24

and i am currently ssh to 200.0.0.1/24 and managing the routers, is it still possible to ping 172.16.0.1/24

Random FYI of the day, You can assign 2^32 addresses via the secondary command in IOS.
