@jewelloveit : Those are angpow packets, used by chinese to celebrate Chinese New Year (money will be placed inside them) to be given to all the kids and singletons when we visit each other house. Its also used to give money at weddings (rather than purchasing a gift). Not too sure if it can be purchase online, as we get it free here from the banks and supermarket that gives them out.
