  • Thanks for the video. I bought my LoadMaster last week, set it up, and I must have set this portion of it up very wrong, since I broke the slider and then bent the round portion of the guide rod. It had started out working correctly, cases feed with no binding, tested out okay for a couple of tubes worth, but when I started reloading for real, I didn't get more than 130 rounds or so, and the slider broke. Will be ordering new parts tomorrow. Two of everything.

  • Great videos even after nearly five years. Lee manual sucks big time.

  • Great video, this is why I love the lee loadmaster, there are so many great videos on it to perfect the press.

  • I was stuck, THANK YOU!

  • Thank you very much. The Lee written instructions are incomplete. This made it very clear.

  • THANK YOU. Lee makes good stuff, but their directions are really piss poor. This helps much.

  • This is fantastic. It makes sense and makes the loadmaster useful. Thanks!

  • I've been doing it all wrong, Thank You for the tips.

  • Lee precision should hire you to do an instructional dvd for the Loadmaster. This press would become the most popular if they did that. Excellent work.

  • I was trying to follow the terrible instructions that came with Lee Loadmaster.... with no progress making the adjustments. This video showed me how to make the adjustments I was looking for. Thanks!

  • Just bought this and was putting it together tonight...which is why I am on YouTube. Much better than the instructions!! Thanks!

  • awesome and very helpful

  • Appreciate all your videos, really made my setup easier. Was having a big problem with the casefeeder, drilled the hole as you suggested, still had problems... Found it today, drilled the hole, but it wasn't perfectly straight across, drilled it out today and its smooth as silk now.

  • does adding the bullet feeder and case feeder increase the weight required to pull the lever? seems like it would

  • The bullet feed doesn't seem to change the feel that much since the bullets are supported by the turret. The case feeder does add some resistance to the press. I stopped using both because it makes the caliber change allot more complicated than it needs to be.

  • i see, im looking to get a setup for one caliber, but ill probably get a hornady lock n load, and add on a case and bullet feeder later

  • I never used a Hornady lock n load, but I know people like them. I do have a Dillon 550 and like it as well. I personally think all presses will work fine once the user takes the time to figure it out.

  • yeah.. a good set of dies is all thats really needed for accurate case sizing, powder measuring, etc... so, as long as you dont go cheap on the dies it should be good, but if i was going to go bullet or case feeder, definately the bullet feeder, seems to take longer to drop one of those on than it does to slide a case into the machine

  • The ullet feed does not save much time overall, because it takes time to load the tubes before hand. If Lee made a bullet collator it would be quicker. The case feeder does speed thinks up, because of the collator. I've run my Loadmaster without either, and could easily get 500 rounds an hour which is more than enough. I do occationally on one of my my singe stage presses and find it relaxing. If I have an evening and only want to make a few hundred I sometimes load single stage.

  • ditto to what everyone else said. great product, absolutely terrible instructions.i think i bought an entertainment center at walmart that had better instructions than lee. i was so lost. good thing i had subscribed to these videos before i had even ordered the press. these videos should come standard with the press!

  • Excellent video. I now have a much better idea of how this machine functions. I was concerned about the complains people have with it, but it clearly just takes some mechanical skill.

  • Does the case feeder also work with various rifle cases as well?

  • I never used it for rifle, but Lee does make a case feed for rifle. it lists the following calibers, 222 Remington,223 Remington, 30 M1 Carbine,7.62 x39mm Russian

  • Great work man. THANK-YOU :)

  • I had NO ideaa how to set up my case inserter / case feeder until I saw this video. It was easy for me to get it going after seeing this video.
