Out of the X-bomber arsenal of Laser Blast , Laser Beam Laser Torpedoes and X Impulse, X Impulse was probably the most powerful. No doubt it drained X-bomber's energy coffers, which would probably explain why it wasn't used often. I only saw it used about 3 times when I watched this series as a kid.
Watching this clip & the STAR FLEET intro has made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I made sure i was up every saturday morning to watch this in the 80's - Absolutely loved it....
This was a very good show. I loved the paint work on the models. Dai X had paint chips missing and the paint was blackened where rockets had scorched it.
Macara should know better than to tangle with Star Fleet. She gets her butt kicked every time.
They did air all 22 epidodes back in the 80's. But when it came on the second time back in 1987 thay missed a lot out. The best lids show ever made. I watch it still now. Poor kids of today got nothing to trigger emagination in their poor depraved loves.

I used to watch this prograame as a student, Sunday mornings, 1986/7. I loved the music. It's no wonder I only got a 2,2!!

Man, this series was badass!! The best series I have seen as a child.
X-Bomber was such an amazing ship. I remember making it out of LEGO. Can't remember whether I really finished it though.
Amazing soundtrack also.
Just an awsome series.

I loved this when i was a kid. No fancy computerized Imaging back then. Just plastic models and a fab storyline.
