if you borrow $100,00 from a commercial bank to buy a house have you ever asked yourself where does the bank get the money from? Ans. savers/investors? wrong. the bank only ever had $10,000. so where does the other $90,000 come from? Ans. out of thin air! a click on a key board. so if you think you are paying 6% interest you are wrong, you are really paying 60%.
