He was talking about how he met Hitchcock when his health was deteriorating and when he walked in the room, Hitchcock didn't move but just followed Clint with his eyes. Clint was talking about how he thought maybe Hitchcock had died when he walked in the room due to him not moving. It's later on in the same interview and edited together. I thought it was funny.

ah right so it was edited? its amazing how people can edit interviews to make a certain person look nasty or a prick.. I recently watched some old charles manson interviews and with them being on TV news shows from the 70's and 80's you can actually spot where they have edited the interviews to make him look more evil and shocking .. its only 20 - 30 years later that us wiser more aware viewers can spot the little tricks they used back then
