when i do the toad lifting myx right leg, my left foot kicks out after jumping and uncrossing my arms, why does this happen and how can i stop it? thanks :)
@TheWanted23x that's a common problem that most people (including myself) have when learning the toad, basically you've got to slow the trick down, and really make sure you take a big exit jump and try to bring your heels together. It took me several weeks to break that habit though, so mostly it's persistence
Hi, does anyone know what kind of jump rope you should use to attempt tricks with? There's beaded... speed ropes... weighted leather ropes... What kind is he using in this video? Thanks!
