It is not water in the engine nor making the engine wet. It is called condensation due to low pressure. When engine sucks alot of air, pressure drops in front of the fan hence temperature drops. This condenses water vapour in the air, that is what you are seeing.

Must have been loaded up - that was a long take of run. Wasn't off the runway until just before the threshold!
