You're correct, it's not a firefighter... but it is someone acting as a firefighter, the helmet he is wearing gives it away as firefighter helmets cover the back of your neck, as this one did. The hard-hats construction workers use is just like a normal helmet. But let's just forget about all this "is it fake or not" bullshit and enjoy the funny video :)

I didnt know about this character Steve aswell I saw this video and realized it was fake, then you decided to ask how, so I spent 5minutes searching what the huge water mark was and it took me to the comedians site which the told me about his character Steve, and no the watermark has always been in "this" video if you commented on this post then you watched this video, the mark was always there right at the top.
