  • WOW AWESOME u motivate me alot but one more thing i feel so big im 5'3 and weight 180..how can i motivate myself i cant even go runing cause im embarrased or too shy too even go out there and run i cant afford a gym or groceries....so i guess the only exercise im getting is walking to college..lol but then i start eating late at night the reason : because i sleep so late that i end up waking up too late like around 2 pm or sometimes early like 11am unless i have school wat should my plan be?

  • I like this video, but I disagree with your assessment of binge eating. It is not simply a "choice" as you state in your video. I think you should learn about eating disorders if you are going to speak with authority about them. Otherwise, maybe just suggest someone seek professional help? I didn't have time to read all of the other comments, and I am watching your video blogs in order, so if you addressed this at another time, sorry.

  • i am going to workout right now. it's encouraging. everyday it gets easier. it's all about doing it. when i have a negative thought i do a little something. i like jumping rope, dancing, fitness intervals, it's fun. all i need is access to a swimming pool. that's my next goal to tackle.

  • The secret to weight loss is not a scale it just goes to losing two pounds a day to gaining three pounds the next day then next week if u did it right you lost maybe three pounds my suggestion is buy a shirt that is a size u wanna be in and try the shirt on once a week just don't worry bout the scale and do the right thing I lost 100 pound caz of this in 8 months!!! don't give up!!!!!! NEVER!!!

  • i love this video, sticking it these ppl i keep seeing saying aww im too sick to workout and it messed me up and i lost motivation, the 2nd week into my weight loss i got a massive throat infection and it made it hard and painful to breathe normally yet i kept on going through it and kept on my 1 hour of cardio a day. so suck it up, dont let anything short of an amputation stop you from becoming healthier in the long run :D

  • My goal was to lose a little more weight this summer (I had already lost about 25 lbs). Things were going great until I started to pig out my birthday week, and I lost all the success I had worked so hard for a month and a half. It's getting better, and I've already lost about a quarter of what I had gained back. Thanks for this, I don't think you realize how important vids like this are.

  • hey girl first off ur awesome hehe.. but anywho the only thing i drink is water and coffee in the morning of corse lol and i eat maybe 850 to 1,000 cal's a day and yes its all healthy and work out every other day but when i get on the scale on fridays its always the same like for a month now i dont get it..i no it takes time but damn it sucks lol much love moejo

  • Hi!

    First of all, are you weighing in the morning? You should always weigh first thing in the morning, otherwise the food that you eat wil influence the scale.

    Second, you need to eat more calories - 1200-1600. You're eating too few calories and so your metabolism is very low, which means slow weight loss!

    What are you doing for workouts? You should be exercising for about 30 minutes, even just walking, to burn fat.

  • yea i weigh in every friday morning after i pee lol like u needed to know that part haha but anywho and i try to eat more cal's than that but i get full to fast then im not hungry the rest of the day!! i do 30/45 min on my gazelle every other day then 30 min on my treadmill every other day!! i feel better today tho i got on the scale and i lost 2 pounds so yay hehe much love moejo

  • Its so funny because i was watching this video and at the same time i was putting up and email where i was given up on my weight loss not entirely but for like a week or two just cause i needed some time to reflect but after watching your video it really made me think that by given myself those two weeks off i would only be hurting myself so i woke up today and decided today is new day to make better eating decision getting a workout even if i can't do that much but what I'm able to do.Ty

  • Oh I am so glad you decided not to take a break. You can pull through, and you can regroup by easing up on your dieting/exercise a bit if you want to - WITHOUT totally abandoning the plan.

    if you think about it...if you spend money on the good stuff that's kind of expensive--now, rather than buying a whole bunch of cheap(er) junk, you'll be saving money in the long run by avoiding any extra health care expenses

  • Yay!

    I recommend that you work out 3-5x/week for at least 30 minutes/session.

    Your workouts don't have to be horrible, unpleasant, strenuous workouts at the gym... you can WALK or ride your bike, play a sport where you're moving often - something like basketball or soccer - or ski, dance, take a yoga class, whatever!

    Seriously - do whatever gets your heart rate up and makes you smile! :D It doesn't have to be hard. Experiment - find something you like.
