@duganderson00 dude first off grow up have you never been laid? is that why your spoutin off and second. neither car has v-tech not VTEC v-tech is honda/acuras trademark design for variable valve timing controll meaning more bhp at high rpm's. which they didnt start till mid 90's when the type r came out. that 93 teg which i currently own one, will have a b18b1 stock and that 91 civic should have a b16a1 WHICH IS NOT VTECH and if it says vtech unless he made a motor swap on that

b18a1 came in 90-93 acura integras NON VTEC.

92-93 B17's were VTECs also known as the first GSR's

after 94, the GSR were B18C1

98 is when TYPE R came out B18C5

an all 92-01 Civics that were EX/SI/SIR were all VTEC.
