  • Everyone has seen this

  • im not sure when it ever said it was in the future?

  • The storm trooper hitting his head is actually written into connan as one of the two rebels from the comic: Star Wars Tag and Bink are Dead. It is suppost to be one of them who hits his head walking into the room.

Since then, all Storm Trooper mistakes are usually them goofing up in some way. This also includes I believe them to be the ones getting tricked by the Jedi Mind Trick.

  • your a fucking idiot.

  • worst fuckin video ever. nerd.

  • Dude your the mistake

  • that is not a mistake it's in the script

lucas wants to show that stormtroopers are stupid and clones are better

  • @teoh996

The first stormtroopers were all clones of the late bounty hunter Jango Fett. The Fett template continued to serve as the basis for all clone stormtroopers until 12 BBY, the year that marked a failed uprising within the cloning facilities of the planet Kamino. From then on, the Stormtrooper Corps incorporated clones from a variety of templates and included birth born recruits and conscripts alongside the clones. Keep it nerdy.

  • @teoh996 But the Stormtroopers ARE the clones! Just with different armour.

  • @SquarecowStudios no stormtroopers were made by the corpses of the clones only a few stormtroopers were clones like cody

  • mabey its not the time area but the galaxy O_O

  • This guy!

I knew what it was going to be before I watched the video. It was going to be about some retard saying how it was really in the future, not in the past. Are you retarded ''dabomshiznite''?

  • A long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Thats the point. Its so extremely far away we don't know if anyone is more technologically advanced than us. As for the sound effect: BadgerSV650dotOrg has a reasonable answer.

  • This is great, I can't tell if it is a joke, and I love that. Saying the movie is confusing cuz he can't tell if it's future or past, then pointing out one of the most famous mistakes in movie history as if he just discovered it and everyone else missed it. It's definitely not genius if it's joke, but it is entertaining to think that it isn't. Don't spoil the magic for me... "dabomshiznite?" And it's tagged with "soulja boy?" OK, it's probably not a joke.

  • lol more people hate it than like it

  • this isnt even funny. you must be the biggest fucking loser on earth

  • i have seen trhis blooper before

  • oh ho its funny because he rants on in the begining and then he shows you a sound a storm troper makes then replays it 5 time then does it in slow motion i fell of my chair laughing oh and to top it he shows the mother fuckin death star blowing up and says peace out oh ho ho oh ho haha this is so funnay

  • It's not that no has pointed it out is just that you didn't find out about it, this is everywhere, in any starwars movie mistakes

  • the sound effect was added they DID know about it or at least it was added in the newer version or whatever

  • idiot, its in a different galaxy it has nothing to do with earth we were all probably still fish trying to breath air we both don't run on the same timescale.......

  • Dumb ass. Nuff said. Except to say that it is not set in the future, the story is about another set of humanoids somewhere else you numb-nut f-wit r-tard. STFU GTFO.

  • My brothers and I saw this "blooper" back in 1977 in the original theatrical release. Common knowledge back then.

  • Come on everyone..dont make fun of dabomshiznite...like he say's...peace out :-)

  • somone told me about years ago... i had to watch it a few times before spotting it... sorry, but i was too caught up in the magic of it to care about a blooper

  • dude. its a different galaxy. so it may be a long time ago but they might have had different technologies than we did a long time ago. Its not like its a long time ago in a galaxy really close to us. or a long time ago in a galaxy named the milky way

  • This video sucks!!!

  • My favorite blooper is that the ignoramus who posted this doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're".

Hey, dabomshiznite, why don't you hold off on posting any more videos until you pass third grade English?

I can't leave now. Someone on the internet is wrong!

  • Everyone knows the Ultimate blooper in both Star Wars AND Star Trek. is that theres no sound in space. kthxbye

  • This is by a mile the most well known of all the Star Wars bloopers??

  • You just ruined that movie for me. Thanks.

  • Who else know exactly what the blooper would be before it came on?

  • Aren't you a little tall for a stormtrooper?

  • A galaxy far, far away wouldn't have to be in the same time period as us. A long time ago they already had advanced technology. They exist in an older, more advanced galaxy than we do.

The blooper was indeed a blooper, and it was known about since shortly after the movie came out, but when Lucas made the Special Edition (yeah, it's "special" all right), he had them add the sound effect of the helmet bonking the door. I suppose he felt he needed to make everything "legit".

  • @VillainSFiend ...i dont know if lucas knew this all along, but because we're always viewing space in the past when you think its a long time ago in a gaxaly far far away it could well be in the same time period as us

  • Oh, thank goodness... I thought it was gunna be one of those gay videos that just scare you.

  • So-called bloopers like that make the scene all the more realistic. Continuity bloopers are the ones I like best.

  • im stupid... wat does this have to do with the future and etc... I didn't even notice tht the guy was hitting his head at first :D

  • damn, good thing that he had his helmet on...

  • It is in another galaxy. They have different technology there dumbass...

  • Who says Star Wars is supposed to be in the future?

  • @Statalyzer Exactly. The message does say a galaxy far far away and LONG TIME AGO. I suppose this could be Year 1 to us.

  • the story is told as if we are hearing the story after all that has happened in their galazy :)

  • In the past in our time, but in the future in their time.

    Jedi Mind Trick..

  • This isn't a blooper. Bloopers are removed. This was intentional. Lucas only had the money for one mold. This guy was a little too tall for the mold. Don't believe me?

See Luke and Han in the armor. Han looks normal, but it looks bunched up on Luke. One mold. Dumbass.

  • @dabomshiznite this is not a blooper because george lucas himself deliberately left it in to show that not all the stormtroopers are the same size & also not that smart either.

  • @Superman2099126 Pff more like that was the excuse he gave when he realised someone in the edit suite had fucked up lol

  • Man this "Blooper" was pointed out in the late 70`s . They added the noise later on , they also pay homage to it in "Attack of the Clones" with Jango doing the same thing as he enters Slave 1 . What you did miss was right at the beginning of that scene there are 4 guns in the rack , if you rewind a bit , it starts off with 3 .

  • @BadgerSV650dotOrg papa gun and mama gun had a friend gun visit , they had fun and they weren't protected so that's why there's a fourth gun.

  • @BadgerSV650dotOrg it is two racks

  • i hew see thet movie 10000000 tims and i only herd the sound and i never see it lol

  • The movie isn't set in the future. read this slowly... It takes place a long time ago in a different galaxy not on earth. Lucas is imaginig that there are a different race of beings with superior (and sometimes inferior) technology.

  • Too much drama

  • douche!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is one of the most famous bloopers of all time

  • Seen it before. This is old news

  • It is a blooper because all clones are supposed to be the same person and since Legion 501st was on the Death Star at that time, and only 501st, then all should've bumped their heads and not just the one. But, you are a dumbfuck because it is possible for other people in other galaxies very far away to be more advanced than us, especially when retards like you roam the Earth. I have also seen this same scene in other videos that are older than this so, good try, but you are simply a tool.

  • @AbioticSilver I have also seen it myself, in the movie, which isn't 14, honestly, if you are old enough to use the internet and edit great film, then you should know you roman numerals.

  • @AbioticSilver While the 501st was the last legion to be composed of 100% Fett-clones, they were not the only legion on the Death Star at that time, but only a small part of the troopers stationed there. Therefore, these could had been other stormtroopers (who were not 100% clones by then)...

  • @AbioticSilver Its a blooper because he hit his head and my guess is that wasn't supposed to happen. Btw not all stormtroopers were clones in this era, actually most of them were human recruits at this point because they stopped making clones at the 501st legion. there were HUMAN stormtroopers on the station at this point in time. Look it up

  • @TheLieutenantYoung It is true that there were humans at this time, and I'm not even sure what I was thinking when I typed this cuz most of it is wrong, but there were not mostly humans because the clone numbers were revamped after the Battle of Kamino 12 years before the first movie.

  • you spent half the vid introducing THIS?! come on this is common knowledge

  • it's set in a galaxy far far away, so it would just be stupid if they were as technologically advanced as the human race long long ago. besides, when you are cranking out epic movies that will be remembered for the rest of time, maybie you can pass comment on how it should be done

  • That was on purpose

  • and thus why Luke was was "a little short for a stormtrooper." The normal ones are too tall.

  • It WAS 'a long time ago in a galaxy far far away'. It was never supposed to be in the future. The idea is that their galaxy was more advanced than ours & had moved on further even though it happened a long time ago. I always liked the line because it defined space & its different pockets of time, & that some worlds will be thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of years ahead of us in technology.

The line & Scroll also reminds me of Buster Crabbe's Flash Gordon series & their Emperor Ming.

  • @Missundaztood91

The Flash Gordon series is amazing.

  • "A long time ago in a galaxy far far away" comes from Buddhist stories that begin "A long time ago in a land far far away" That's where that comes from. So suck it.

  • Sigh.. He decided to leave it in. And it's been seen OVER AND OVER AGAIN. And no it's not supposed to be in the future. The only blooper here is you.

  • im not saying you're an idiot, but this blooper was spotted by all of us who saw it when the movie first came out, then in the re-release george lucas decided to keep the blooper in then also add in the sfx. be that as it may, you are still a sponsored channel so you're dodgy uploads are probably earning more than i do.

but dude, seriously, if u think you are the true discoverer of this footage, then i am the magellan of your mothers mammaries. if u r not, then forget i ever said anything.sorry

  • What am I supposed to be looking for?

  • i seen this on a bunch of other videos

  • its not supposed to be in the future. its another galaxy, they assume they would have a different set of technology.

  • What does the future have to do with mistakes? ??

  • Are you stupid or something... just because everything looks futuristic compared to our universe doesn't mean that it is in the future.

  • *face palm*

Have you ever wondered how this stuff happened?

IT'S IN AN OTHER FREAKIN' GALAXY.

  • Because the Star Wars universe is in another galaxy, and light travels only so fast, if we were to observe what is going on in that galaxy right now, we'd be seeing stuff that was happening millions of years ago, because the light from that time period is what is just now reaching us.

  • who got confused with that long time ago part but its in the future? its supposed to be in a galaxy far far away you dip shits

  • what is it ment to be???

  • Excuse me, I think you accidentally the video.

  • George Lucas searching for stand-in stormtrooper:

    Max. height: 170 cm :)

  • Half the youtube world knew about this blooper. c

  • This video was huge a blooper

  • A long time ago in a galaxy FAR FAR AWAY.

  • This is all over youtube. Biggest Blooper my ass.

  • wow.... just because it appears to be in the future it doesnt mean it is. its in a completely different galaxy where that means their on a different technological level then we are. they can be completely more advanced then us and be in the past. all because they are in another fucking galaxy

  • If Star Wars was real, and everything happened a long time ago.. how's the technology in that galaxy now?? O-O

  • It's in a different galaxy so it could easily be in the past duh and it is otherwise it wouldn't say a long long time ago again duh

  • I've seen atleast three vids with this in it. It not supposed to be in the future. George did not plan on making 1-3 but decided to because four five and six were such a big hit. And above all your a dumb 12 year old who needs attention lol. But atleast your not out trolling like other 12 year olds.

  • Ah, so you're the other guy. We were all waiting to hear from you.

  • wanker

  • Fuck u for wasting time bitch things like that r natural you retard

  • Whether it takes place in the future or the past or whatever, it goes to show you that all people can be stupid and hit their heads on random things.

  • Everyone knows about that! You just noticed?! You just wanted to make up that overly long set up. Obviously you're fifteen and have only seen Star Wars once. Gnia is right. That was old in 1978.

  • @Vidiwell100 i didnt know

  • The others ones are

    *Puts on sunglasses*

A little to short to be stormtroopers?

    YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

  • the films came in the wrong order you say? well episode 4 (the first one) was not called episode 4 when it came out, it was simply called star wars and episode 5 was 2 and 6 was 3, but then george lucas decided to make 3 rubbish prequels (I II and III) thus starwars became episode 4... sad really

  • Come on, dude, that one was so old back in the 1978...

  • They shoud give an oscar to this startrooper.

  • In the beggining look closely to his hip cover it breaks off as he turns

  • You can also see he is taller than the other stormtroopers.

  • Even if you missed the visual part, the audio 'Thunk' would've been heard, and you would've been like, "Wait... What?" -Rewinds to see what that 'thunk' was.-

  • Idiot

  • I think you are confused. The reason why "nobody had posted this hidden blooper yet" is because it is not a blooper.

  • @SuperWes64 so the storm trooper was suppose to hit his head

  • @Coolpikmin Yes.

  • What? This is the most famous star wars blooper ever

  • Hey dumb ass stormtroopers are clones.

  • @whiteboiyproductions not all of them

  • s.m.r.t. comment about 217 people

  • wow! they needed that helment! XD or head bump!

  • If it's not obvious from other comments here, just because YOU missed it for so many years doesn't mean everyone else did. I've known about this since the VHS has been out.

  • gaylord....

  • Why the hell are you geeks worried about this shit?

  • trololololol

  • So "hidden" that a sound has been added to newer releases for when he knocks his head... compare with clips of the VHS release (not such loud knock) and why Jango Fett hits his head in Episode II (2002)

  • Comment removed

  • oh my god you're such a fucking idiot

  • Star wars's setting takes place way back in time, but is in a galaxy far far away from the milky way our galaxy

  • nope.....they are not clones....stormtroopers are individual conscrripts......that explains why clonetroopers are much better shots!!

  • @debsjd182 Untrue. About 50% of the stormtroopers remained as clones throughout the days of the empire. The 501st Legion, Vader's Fist, was exclusively clone.

... God I am such a geek... <3 Star Wars!

  • A long time ago...The very first text epIV. As for the trooper hitting his head. They are clones but they wouldn't go hiring actors all the EXACT same hight. He'd have used who he had on hand. George had a tight budget for what he wanted to achieve at the time, hence the re-release. They should've shot the scene again. Still Geroge set the standard for Sci-Fi. Doubt we'll ever see such a successful trilogy again. Not often each sequel-prequel can continue the success like the original release.

  • and how come they're clones but they're all different hights

  • It's in a completely different galaxy. No matter if it's in the past, present or future it doesn't matter. It's in a different galaxy where things happened much differently than it did in ours, therefore they are more technologically advanced.

I can understand if your 12, it may be hard to wrap your brain around this...

  • Stick to watching Sesame Street until your old enough to understand films made for people over the age of six.

  • Why must it be in the future ? , because they got better techonolgy ? =/, it is not on tellus, it is in another universe, so i dont see what is so no sense about this.

  • The whole time thing isn't a mistake. The idea was originally inspired by ancient stories and legends regarding the Crystal Skulls as well as ancient samarian writings basically saying that human beings are the result of alien genetic engineering, and that there are other human civiliazations that the aliens had scattered out there some of which more advanced than us. In other words, it DOES take place in the past. And that this is a different human race... damn Goerge is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep......

  • It's a long-noted moment. Storm troopers of the original trilogy are often shown as buffoons. Hence their bumbling marksmanship. And yes as others have said it takes place in the past, a past more technologically advanced than Earth's present.

  • No one ever said it's in the future.

  • hey, every1 makes mistakes, so it made the movie more realistic, so maybe that mistake was sposed to be there

  • OLD FUCKING NEWS

  • 1. IT is far before Christ but not on earth but in diffrent galaxy

    2. It's not blooper. Maybe this stormtropper hit his head by accident. nobody is infallible

  • we dislike this video, because we knew about this mistake or blooper long time ago in a galaxy far, far away

  • This is a really big production mistake! all the soldiers are clones, in all clones are the same height, that's why the production was very concern about this scene

  • That mistake was noticed by the producers an the 70's

  • xD its a sci fic movie A LONG TIME AGO xD when he hids the head ROLF Donk donk donk donk donk donk donk....

  • seen this one 10000000 times :)

  • dumb fuck

  • this guy is a idiot.

  • i knew about this a long time ago in a galaxy far far away

  • i dont get why you had such a long opening for just that

  • Ok EVERYONE HAS SEEN HIM HIT HIS HEAD And a long time ago in a GALAXY FAR FAR AWAY!!! Its in another older more advenced galaxy than ours idiot

  • that would be me if I was a storm trooper... ready to kill pesky rebels but some clumsy I trip over my own feet and bumb into trees.

  • one of the most useless videos I have ever seen...

  • wow the blooper that no star wars fans have known about since 1977 has finally been "revealed" wow! thank you. I cant believe millions of people had not seen this before, and that literally hundreds of people hadnt put this video up on the internet before......or that it is one of the most talked about f*ck ups ever! wow dude, you really are a hero! finally revealing this.

    THANK YOU..........idiot

  • Wow---you must really have a LOT of time on your hands.....

  • Episode 14? Right...

  • Your spelling is attrocious.

  • @Drumzinthewind Actually they aren't clones, if you consider the time difference between episode 3 and 4, there wouldn't be any clones left, or at least very few, do to the fact that they age faster than usual, so given their combat experience and skills, the few remaining clones wouldn't be wasted on mediocre jobs such as patrolling the death star. And assuming your next question might be who are they, they are just people who have been recruited and trained, much like the army does today.

  • @PatriotPidgeon psst oi mate wanna buy some clones pfft

  • If you look at the gun stand 0:38 see how theres 4 guns... earlier on there is only 3.

Check it out if u need to

  • So foley does bloopers?

  • The real blooper here is not that the one hit his head, it's that all the others didn't. They are supposed to be clones, so they should all be the same height. The one that hits his head is obviously a little taller than the others.

  • This was probualy the first blooper found :|

  • 444 people hit the door with their heads as well

  • Speaking of blooper:

    "You're".... not "your".

  • Old news.

  • in a galaxy far away it doesn't have to have developed within the same timeframe as us. anyone who watches star trek would get it

  • this is the most well known blooper in the entire series....do you homework.

  • this has been posted already

search for Star Wars continuity mistakes

    noob

  • How does this Stormtrooper explain his claim of whiplash on the worker's comp paperwork?

  • @SDChargersForever He was blown up 72 hours later. No file claimed.

  • 1:07 CHEWBACCAAAAAA!!!!

  • Jango Fett hits his head in Ep2 as a tribute to this mistake.

  • everyone knows about this, and IT DOESN'T TAKE PLACE IN THE FUTURE it's in a whole different part of the universe, in the past...

  • @WRONG It's a whole different galaxy altogether.

  • @slinky8377 indeed,in our part of the galaxy we haven't evolved that much eh

  • @slinky8377 Different GALAXY, not universe.

  • @DFFragenstein He said different part of the universe, not different universe

  • @halopwner2846 Ahh, thanks for pointing that out. Apparently I didn't read that correctly.

  • @DFFragenstein yup cause everyone knows that uni means one =p

  • BAH!!! I already knew this! Cater your videos to me specifically! ME! ME! ME!!!

  • @MxOxRxRxIxS sadly your subtle but very funny comment would be lost on those your making fun of.....but good job gave me a chuckle.

  • @RickyRaff Thank you.

  • you know there's some motherfucker out there who's like "im glad nobody knows that was me"
