Who gets the team work gets the game. Kobe is good, but individual; T-Mac, is no worse than Kobe, but obviously gets better understanding of the team work.
Kobe is a great individual player. He still needs to work on his team skills. He doesn't really make his teammates better like the other greats players have. T-mac for example is just a monster team player. He elevates everyone's game.
Something tells me if Van Gundy told McGrady to attempt to score 50 times a game (which Bryant did with FGs & FTs in his meaningless run against loser teams) he would score a lot of points. Anybody who can create their own shot could score a ton of points if given the freedom that CHUCKER gets. But, some teams want to win a title, so they play like a team. Go figure...
T-mac has fell off. Him and Kobe used to be mentioned in the same breath and Kobe was killing him and the Rockets the whole game. Mcgrady better step his game up if he wants to be remembered as one of the greats.
all kobe does is ballhog. But ill emit that t mac has strugged sometimes but tracy has now recognized that he doesnt have to score 40 points just for his team to win and he has steped his game up by finding and creating open shots for his teamates.
tmac is good in allaround plays

and kobe plays all defensive first team type defence
