Thanks, I got a steal on this guitar at Guitar Center. It was marked on sale at $1050 (reg. $1400) and when I went to the store the tag said $750. They miss marked it and didn't want to sell it to me for that but I put up a fuss and they did! :) Then the guy put the case in for free after he told me it was $120 more......I got out of there as fast as I could. LOL

Anyway Still have original strings on it but the guy told me they were D'Addario EXP16 (.012 - .053)

lol you arent playing it properly

the clean guitar sound (which you didnt even play or tab) has different chords than the main riff

also, the strumming pattern is waaaaay off

You do realize this is a cover right?? And I hope you realize this is acoustic and there is more than one way to play the same chords. And the "clean" part you are talking about that is different from the main riff if you are talking about during the verses ---there is NO guitar played during that, it is bass only -- I only played that just to be playing something other than doing nothing. Strumming btw is right on....listen to the song dude...

good cover and actually putting the tab will be helpful. The only down side was with your muting. I can see palm muting to replace the bass for the 2 verses but the following two are supposed to be played,not muted. All in all 9/10. Keep up the good work

You mute with the side of your palm on your picking hand. Not your fret hand. You can mute with your fret hand too with fingers lightly touching the strings but not in this case, it is a different sound between the 2 ways to mute. If that makes sense.....look up palm muting lessons.

The other style muting with your fret hand is what I am doing on the X's in the beginning.
