That's the problem with CoD and that's also why Halo will never be beaten when it comes to gameplay. In halo everyone is given the same and will have to find different weapons while moving around. That way it is fair that when you and another guy see each other you both have the same chance to kill each other UNLESS you're more skilled. Skill shines in Halo more than any other franchise out there. CoD is just making sure that you see them before they see you.
The reason CoD is broken is the easy ability to do very well. They need to rewrite the formula for it's multiplayer, as the current one is wearing out thin, as if it hasn't already...

im glad to see that the devs are finally admitting that the game is broken. all of us that play CoD already knew that. id like to see something to happen with weapon balance and perk balance. a facelift is severely needed for the CoD franchise.

With dedi servers everyone is on the same level, and that's truly when you'll be able to fine tune gun balance.
