God did know that Satan would rebel and He knew when He first created Adam and Eve they would disobey Him, but He still gave them the chance because He is fair and just. We broke this world, not Him

@mogges1 God created us with with free will. He has the faith that his beloved creations will make better choices. We can pray to Him and ask for specific things but sometimes an answered prayer is God saying no. Even if it's not the answer we want to hear, it's because He has such a bigger plan for us.
