That would be awesome. Except, I wouldn't really like Robin to be in a major Batman movie like TDK. I like how Christopher Nolan treats Batman as a lone hero & Joker as a realistic psycho. TDK is gonna be AWESOME!!

Nolan said as long as he is making the batman films he won't include robin in any of them. Plus if Nolan decides to involve robin, Bale said he'd quit doing batman. So if u ask me, i don't really want robin to come out, and plus with robin i'm not sure the film would take on a serious approach like TDK did.

Yeah I heard that. I agree. I never really liked Robin b/c Batman (to me) has to be a lone hero. If you add Robin it breaks the effect. I'm glad Nolan & Bale think in those terms b/c Robin is not a positive direction to take these movies in.

That's exactly how I feel. The 90s Batman animated series was really dark & realistic. It was darker than other shows like Spiderman(they shot lasers not real guns). The only series that was realistic was X-men(even though they shot lasers but they dealt with realistic issues).

I can't really choose a side. I like both companies because they have great characters. You go with DC, you have the veteran heroes that set the standards (Superman,Batman,Wonder Woman,Flash etc.) You go with Marvel, you have the more recent heroes that deal with political & current issues (X-men,Spiderman,Hulk,Ironman etc.)

Exactly. Up until Heath Ledger, whenever I thought of the Joker I pictured the animated series version. Mark Hamill's voice was superb for the Joker.

I like Heath Ledger and i have enjoyed lot's of the other films he's made, notably a knights tale, but the joker? It will even propel his career to a new level that he has not experienced yet. (Like Jack Nicholson after the Shining, also one of the other acters to play the joker.) Or it will destroy him. I pray that its not the latter...Good tribute.
