Thanks for a fantastic tribute to Sandra Dee. She was my idol when I was young. I wanted to be her so bad and I saw all her movies over and over. I saw A Summer Place 9 times. We all handle loss and life events differently and we either get over them entirely, move on and live with it and accept it, or be destroyed by it. People handle things differently depending on a lot of factors.If her son adored her as much as it seemed he did then my heart truly goes out to him for the loss of his dear Mother.
