Back in 2007 you could drop any items you wanted, and they would appear for people to pick up after a while. So I hosted this party and dropped my items for people. Fun Fun Fun till Jagex spoiled it.

Yeah drop party's involve items being droped, they don't have to be good items they can be bad, but most of the time they are good items like in my video.
