Get samples of that and keep some. Have a few tested at labs who've tested Gulf water to confirm it's from the BP spill. This needs to be confirmed because FedGov says it won't come around the east coast.
REV 11:18 "And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."
using online current charts, I estimated that oil would reach New England beaches by July 4th... water from the Gulf of Mexico is what warms Cape Cod's southside beaches...of course this oil could be from another source, but lets be realistic. The oil will continue to spread throughout the oceans, even if the gusher is "capped" the damage from poisonous oil+dispersants is ongoing. I would not swim in ANY east coast waters without getting the water tested for toxic dispersants first.
I'm guessing the stuff is coming in on the rain and when it's cooler it sinks to the bottom. during the day when the water heats up a bit they rise. make sense?

Could the same white globs in the current videos from the BP rovers be the same stuff floating to the surface in your video?

Heh, I was initially wondering, "What the heck is a water brick?" ;-)
That sucks that the oil has spread that far. I hope you're staying away from the beaches for now. We'll get through this. :)

Oil Comes off roads from cars. It comes up every where when it rains. This is not part of the spill in the gulf.
