hey bhavana di,while cooking biryani on stove do i need to add some water to it???? if i dont add water to it,ll it stick to d pan???? thanks waiting for ur reply.....ur receipe is too easy ll give it a try n let u know d result soonnn........
You don't need aditional water. Cook on the lowest heat and it will slow cook without sticking to bottom...still stick then your biryani is ready and no further cooking needed since no moisture left anymore and it's all grainy...
hi bhavna, i thank you for all the wonderful recipe you show us. i have try your berries tiramisu and i was wonderful. today i will prepare this briyani rice.
I turn on the oven at 350F and let it be in the oven about 15-20min and then after that even if you are not ready to serve yet, bring oven temperature to lowest set up in your oven, in my oven it is 170F and let it be in the oven till you serve or even if you turn off the oven, it will stay warm if you leave your tray in oven if you don't want your biryani to be overcooked.
I made this as you directed and it was wonderful authentic biryani thank you for teaching me how to make this wonderful tasty dish .I will look at your other videos and make more wonderful flavoursome dishes.

@amitpatelfun I agree.This is not how biryani is made.Bavna,please stop doing these stupid videos. I dont think anybody's interested in watching them. THANK YOU.
Oh boy! Bhanva, here is one more nut to fix. Just stop them to come on your channel. Looks like twins trying to pull your leg. I think they don't have anything else to do. without looking at your subscriber base and viewers, making statement "Bavna,please stop doing these stupid videos. I dont think anybody's interested in watching them." while the fact is she got more 12000 subscribers and more than 13000 viewers with great comments even...think before you write.

I tried many Biryani recipe, but this is the best ever...I can tell because I tried and made several times, but I am sure you might not have even tried once.
it seems you have soaked cut vegitables in water and also drained water from cooked rice .due to this both acts most of nutrients are lost. did any body notice
Hi Bhavana, It won't be good if I don't thank you for this recipe. I tried this recipe yesterday and it came out amazing. My whole family liked it too much even my husband couldn't stop eating it..I has tried many recipes before but never came out as delicious as yesterday..thank you very mcuh for this wonderful recipe. That's exactly me...I just go crazy when it comes to cooking. Someday, my mother in law will say, today we don't have any vegetables so it's my responsibility then to decide what to cook and I can cook everything even from nothing...keep it up and enjoy!

I tried to take out talking part and it just made difference of 4 minutes but still I willt ry to post the same video. For biryani acutally, cooking part is more so it is little lengthy if I want to cover all cooking process.

@SuperVeggieDelight No offence intended ..OK..?!
Was trying to put it in a lighter vein..!!
The usual "pompousness" that is associated with Biryani Making is not seen here - hence was that jibe..!
May be the fact that there was a conscious attempt by you to reduce the "spiciness" (by adding raisins and cashew) could have led to that..!
Or may be ... because I am a Hyderabadi - any Biryani which is not in the style of making that I am used to... I can't accept it. ;)
But it is a good item..!
