  • hey bhavana di,while cooking biryani on stove do i need to add some water to it???? if i dont add water to it,ll it stick to d pan???? thanks waiting for ur reply.....ur receipe is too easy ll give it a try n let u know d result soonnn........

  • @MsJannya

    HI

You don't need aditional water. Cook on the lowest heat and it will slow cook without sticking to bottom...still stick then your biryani is ready and no further cooking needed since no moisture left anymore and it's all grainy...

  • you are welcome.

    Namaste Amy!

Thanx for your interest and I am sure you will also love biryani.

  • I like your recipes because you don't have to be a vegetarian to like them

  • @cdog719

    HI

Yes, you are right. You can always use my recipes as a side dish with your non-veg dishes. Enjoy!

  • If I prefer to put it in oven then on what temperature should I keep and for how long?

  • @sweetythebest

    Hi

I turn on the oven at 350F and let it be in the oven about 15-20min and then after that even if you are not ready to serve yet, bring oven temperature to lowest set up in your oven, in my oven it is 170F and let it be in the oven till you serve or even if you turn off the oven, it will stay warm if you leave your tray in oven if you don't want your biryani to be overcooked.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight : okie, great....thanks a lot Bhavna :)

  • @amitpatelfun

Here I go with another nut....might be 3rd class just like you...sorry!

  • @amitpatelfun

Recipes can't be 3rd class if you make them with love...but you won't understand that!

  • @anilk210

Oh boy! Bhanva, here is one more nut to fix. Just stop them to come on your channel. Looks like twins trying to pull your leg. I think they don't have anything else to do. without looking at your subscriber base and viewers, making statement "Bavna, please stop doing these stupid videos. I dont think anybody's interested in watching them." while the fact is she got more 12000 subscribers and more than 13000 viewers with great comments even...think before you write.

  • @anilk210 so then why are you watching them???? stupid!!

  • @amitpatelfun

Amitbhai, aap to apni community ko hi samajte nahi to phir yeh recipe ko kya samjenge...rehne hi dijiye.

I tried many Biryani recipe, but this is the best ever...I can tell because I tried and made several times, but I am sure you might not have even tried once.

  • it seems you have soaked cut vegitables in water and also drained water from cooked rice .due to this both acts most of nutrients are lost. did any body notice

  • @ravindranathish

    Hi

This recipe requires grainy rice so to get that texture, rice needs to be drained and I did not drain vegetables if you see video properly...

  • @ravindranathish : yes

  • Hi Bhavana, It won't be good if I don't thank you for this recipe. I tried this recipe yesterday and it came out amazing. • can i suggest u 1 thing?don't keep ur videos 2 long.nobody has that much time to see.speak only required words so that won't be lenthy.u can see other channels 2 .their videos r not lengthy.

  • @dipali478

    Hi

I am also trying to do something about it....I was planning to make even two videos for this recipe. One for recipe only and the other one for tips...but could not do it. And I try to make video with all the details so that even novice can start cooking...but will sure keep in mind about length...

  • @dipali478

    Hi Dipali!

I tried to take out talking part and it just made difference of 4 minutes but still I willt ry to post the same video. For biryani acutally, cooking part is more so it is little lengthy if I want to cover all cooking process.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight hi there, don't mind.i have just give u my suggestion.i like ur recipes.i love to watch ur videos bt sometimes i feel these r 2 lengthy so just share it.1 more thing i have tried ur instant khaman recipe.i want to know the exact measure of water bcoz ia have tried it n due to water it didn't come out good.keep posting.
