Yeah, most likely, there are many golden eggs in Korean drama too though, but just like in Japan nowadays, there's a lot of superficial crap without story that gets popular because the actors are good-looking, and that alone.

I think a lot of people nowadays are forgetting about what's really important in life, some lose their way in the harsh reality and societies ideals, just like me, I think all those people need to see this.

I just gotta say that the scene where Onizuka gets fired and doesn't know it and gets dragged out of the assembly screaming to his students and them begging him not to go was the only time I actually cried while watching a show.

GREAT TEACHER ONIZUKA is the greatest show ever!

it's been so long since i've seen this. i think this song was in the part when one of the students (can't remember his name) said he would show GTO his courage and took off his clothes and showed the scars of his bullying.

Yeah I know...right? For me this is also more than just a great drama.

Before I started watching this I would never have guessed that a motionpicture could have such a great impact on my life. I've really changed remarkably from Onizukas words and the whole dramas story, even though it's all fictional there is so much truth in what is portrayed.
