its the same as recording a film, the amount you see of it is what matters, they dont ban trailers but they do ban full copies. lets plays would loose in a court case as it copies the story, graphics and cutscenes (a ligit reason)

He also managed to put up Red Dead Redemption gameplay with cutscenes in with no troubles last spring. So when I made thihs point it was valid. However, in the most recent "Ask the King" on blip.tv, he said that the Bayonetta footage was lost and his old camera wouldn't upload well to blip, so the same would go for GTA. Keep up, son.

If a game is develop mainly to have a challenging ineraction a posted clip can be beneficiol for the selling of the game.

But if a game is highly cinematic a posted walkthrough is like posting a movie.
