i tried to update my nokia 5800 using Nokia Software Updater. i followed the instructions on how to update it. My phone will go blank and restart and then the Nokia Software Updater will show a window saying "Device Recovery" so that i can't update my phone and everytime i try to update my phone the same problem will show. Can someone help me? pls? pls? (sorry if my english is bad :))

It's crazy how Nokia DOES NOT share their love to North American users.
BTW, I'm using unlocked and provider-dependent Nokia N8.

any reason why it gets stuck on 'starting application' then displays a configuration error?? I've read the help file; turned the firewall and AV right off, opened up port 62716 but there is no such file called nsl_host_process.exe

It give error in between saying ""USB Connection to Mobile is lost.. Follow the steps... Disconnect from USB and Trun On off. Conncet to USB again"....." how to resolve it??
