1x a year is extremely conservative. DMT can be taken without adverse affects every 24hrs. While LSD is longer lasting, it is still barely enough time to contemplate everything u want to. I say LSD once a month, DMT every week, alcohol once a year.

first off, i didn't thumbs u down, someone else. i wouldn't recommend these drugs to everyone, but if ur on a 'spiritual quest' i think these drugs can really speed up the process of understanding life in general and their use shouldn't be limited to an annual event. Too much time can pass between trips and you can spend most of it trying to get back into the swing. Simply for physical and mental health reasons, i stick by my timeline. Had DMT?

Thanks for ur concern, i don't believe it would harm the majority of people but i guess there are always exceptions. I'm willing to comprimise on my timeframe to somewhere between both of our extremes. There are some extreme people out there tho and i'm sure some would agree with my timeframe as much as urs. erowid is great resource. It is possible to get the site on a DVD from them (with it's directory structure intact I assume), with a donation. I'd like to have a copy of it just in case it ever disappears from the Internet for some reason. Hopefully that never happens, and I doubt it will, but ya never know, I am sure the War on Drugs enthusiasts would love to find a way to censor the wealth of information that is available there.
