  • @BrunoMarsForLife97 Cardio excercises will not stunt your growth, so this will not. Heavy weight and intense exercises will.

    It worries me that you say you dont care if will stunt your growth... If you stunt it thats height that you will never get back and I think its really important to grow.

    You can still do workouts, but don't make it really intense

  • @rTroll69 the American Academy of Paediactrics has a statement on it, "Strength Training By Children and Adolescents" which lists what is safe and unsafe for a teen to do - nothing too heavy, so no power lifting.

  • @rTroll69 Damn youtube ate my comment. Fuctional and resistance training will not damage your body or growth as long as you use an appropriate weight and proper form and your doc says you're fine to do it. Stunting your growth is a myth, but read the AAP statement fully and go to Scooby1961's channel for youth body building w/o. And do any of the workout here, because it's all good.

  • Switch off.. I do weights one day, (bench pressing, incline pressing, dumbbells, etc.)

    Cardio and abs the next (run a few miles than a shit load of crunches and this video)

    And take 2 days a week off and go to the skate park. Just rotate, and you have more energy to do this every time you hit this workout, so you will have more endurance to do it faster.

    I used to weight 190 pounds when I was 11... I lost it all my 7th grade year and now I am going to be a freshman in high school. I weight 180 pounds and I am 6"3 and have almost a six pack and some pretty big arms.

  • This workout is kinda intense I just finished it all the way through and I'm gassed I can barely type lol, my legs are shot right now. I think this will be my new work out, also I suggest doing this in shoes the bottom of my feet are sore because of all the jumping

  • I tried doing this workout twice, I took a ten minute break before starting the second one and got really dizzy in the middle of it. Probably from not eating but I thought if you were hungry when working out you will burn more fat?

  • @11adriaan No. If you want to gain muscle you need to get some weights and get on a program. If you don't have weights look for some bodyweight excercises. Like pushups. Elevated pushups. Decline pushups. Pistol squats. Things like that. But the best thing for you to do would be to buy some weights. To gain muscle and mass you need to do heavy lifting. To the point where you can only lift the weight 5-8 times.
