I'm glad they didn't get around to Jack Paar when the last guest appeared. With only two minutes left, Paar probably would have wasted a lot of time trying to get laughs, just as he did with Willie Mays. Being funny has its place, but sometimes you have to just play the game.
Bennett Cerf is simply the most unlikable person in television history.
