He talks deeply inside to the one's soul, he looks you eyes in the eyes while talking to you and he makes you feel so beloved, just like when a father is talking to his son. Rav Lau is full of grace and love. I fell in love for him the first time I met him 'cause this man is a servant of God, he's a Tzadik ha'Tzadikim.
