@surgeyX There was no state supreme court...these cases were tried in FEDERAL court. And there have been courts who have upheld Obama's healthcare mandate, like the D.C Federal court. This issue is not settled yet until the US Supreme Court rules on it. There are 0 troops in Iraq fighting today. Afghanistan does have Taliban and does have Al Qaeda there. Are you a special intelligence person in the military? I think not. He's trying to be out by 2013 or 2014. There's still shit there.
