Yea, that would only work on a front wheel drive since the parking brake locks the rear wheels and the front wheels do the driving. Besides, if you had rear wheel drive, you could just do donuts already.

Well yeah, it will mess your tires up, since of course the plastic trays only last about 10 seconds with the amt of friction against the pavement, so everything after that 10 seconds is simply putting a flat spot on your tires... still really COOL tho....

first there is no supercharged GT its just 200 horse power v6 and a 3.8 liter,then comes a GTP V6 3.8 then comes GXP V8 5.3 liter i think ,there fun to drive,i have a gtp and its not bad.

I almost bought a 2005 bonneville GXP with the northstar v8...it was a 4.6 liter and still hauled some serious ass for such a heavy car...i can only imagine the 5.3 liter haha

Yeah they make GTs, they're as good as the GTPs used to be, but the top of the line is the GXP.

the supercharged GT 3.8l is a V6. the V8 is a 5.3l. Not sure what year he has in the video, but it looks a lot like mine which is a 2006 GT with the supercharged 3.8

It may be "just a GT," but it's a 2006-or-so GT, with a supercharger. It's the leftover GTP engine.

GT's don't have a supercharger, and the GTP's do.

After 2004 they got rid of the GTP model and gave the GT's a supercharger and then the GXP replaced it. So for 2005-2008 theres the base model which is a standard 3.8 L no Supercharger, GT 3.8L super charged and the GXP is a V8 Front Wheel
