  • really great photos! I have a Sony a200 myself, and I love it. One picture that inspirer me a lot is the one with the balloons in the air and the little river, it's very nice! God job!

  • Love my a200! I'm using the 50mm 1.8 and hvlf42 am flashgun, and it's amazing! it ran out of battery once, so I was forced to use my older P+S camera, and I realised how astronomical the difference in picture quality is!

  • Great pictures : )

  • Hi, great photos!

Do you know who the music is by?

  • The song is Sure Thing by St. Germain, album is Tourist.

  • sweet! awesome images :)

  • What lens number is it though?

  • great shots, just wondering do you use any type of external or add on flash with your A200?

BTW how do you get more of the black BG in ur pics, I am guessing its the PP... Please help and BTW can i have a link to ur Flickr etc ? am sure there would be lotta things to learn form you :)

  • Awesome photos! Loved the music too! I'm looking to buy this for amateur shooting as my first SLR camera...Do you recommend it? What's the name of the song btw? Cheers!

  • I'm happy with the camera, but make sure you compare it to the likes of a Canon EOS 1000D and Nikon D60 or something, which are quite similar. The song is Sure Thing by St. Germain, album is Tourist.

  • I have compared it with a lot of entry level SLR cameras from other manufacturers and Sony is the most affordable one I think. At least where I'm from... Thanks for the song title!

  • No worries. Yeah the Sony is the most affordable. But when you look at their lenses they're generally the most expensive. Good thing is the old Minolta lenses are compatible.

  • Does it not come with a decent lens anyway, well, I'm supposed to be getting one for Xmas, after 1 month of searching for shops with it in stock lol.

  • The A200 comes with a 18-70mm kit lens. It's good, but if you're wanting to take photos of animals etc then you're gonna need a 75-300 or so. I'm currently looking at getting a 50mm f/1.8 which will be nice.

  • Have to say, this is one of those photo slideshows I actually enjoyed watching! 5 Start +Fav! Good job! Awesome photography, would love to pick up some tips from you for sure... thought about doing tutorials? lol

  • Hey, thanks. Anything you want to learn specifically? I can write some tips up for you if you want.

  • Not in particular, I've been doing some editing with Lightroom myself, have to say, the colors in your pictures really pop! In Lightroom, I've noticed the way to do that is bring up the blacks, send me a note with more info, it's a little less public that way.

  • i got my a200 i love it

  • do you find the selective color in photoshop cs4 ? :) and really nice pictures you got

  • how did you do the black and white with color on the sony a200 1:58 how do you do that?

  • A photoshop technique called selective colour.

  • love the panning on v8!
