Im looking to put on some solid size and strength as well as speed. i weigh 195 and my maxes are 325 for bench, 405 for squat and somewhere between 235 and 250 for power clean. i feel like my shoulders are lagging. is there any way you would be able to help me out? i recently heard that the clean and jerk was supposed to help with this? could you show me the form?
@TheRealDealGuitarist learn to see them as muscle groups instead, if you feel youve got a weak link all you got to do is work around that muscle group most exercise that work with shoulders will require some biceps, some pecs, some back and we if you want proper upper body str i suggest you dont see them as a part but rather as a link in a chain

@lagangsta1 it's larger, therefore it stimulates your forearms more and alternates your grip which hits the muscles differently. Slight changes can make all the difference in your workout
