Hi! I would like to know,please, the sound quality of this phone when making and receiving calls (without using the speakerphone)? I'm considering buying it, but I've read other reviews that it has poor call quality and people on the other end can't hear well! Any help given is appreciated. Cheers!

I have samsung c6625, and I'm very frustrated because it doesn't have "ctrl" key. So I can't do copy-paste (ctrl+c / ctrl+v) freely.
