@Ombrenuit I rebuilt/re-arranged the components on the entire board, and used the existing tube complement in the amp. I had an extra 12AX7 left over, so I decided on a second channel with a different voicing.
@Ombrenuit thanks, I dig this thing. I just did a rebuild on an old no-name amp from the 60's, retrofitting the actual tiny terror circuit, but with 7868 novar output tubes. Interesting sound without the EL84 breakup and chime, more like early tweed Fender style breakup. Will post vid of that one next.
@lennythefence sweet! by retrofit do you mean you just replaced the tubes or changed the circuit to accommodate them?
