That was amazing! I just spent the last 2 hours roaming around the world. Most of it is just plain, old land, but scattered all about are all manner of buildings and structures and wonderful sights! After looking at the tweaknet world map, I realized that I only saw around 6% of what there is to see O_O.

@JakAttackification No, just planting a sapling in a trench of 3 or so blocks deep, then placing logs underneath the leafs to counter leaf decay, then removing the original trunk.

@dragon50220 I haven't built the monastery, but I am pretty sure it's several trees dug in deep enough, then trimmed. How / if leaf decay works on the server is beyond me.

@Thunder1513 he could have used the multi world mod by bukkit which allows you to have multiple worlds on 1 server thus one of the worlds could be the nether. so if he used that its not cheating.

@Thunder1513 We do have nether on our server. But most of the nether materials are obtained by using Craftbook, which gives you cauldrons. In the cauldrons you can combine 'normal' materials and get some nether materials this way. But that is still done manually, we never ever use /give.

Only thing I can't belive as hand mined is those hedges at 10:47. But because it makes such a nice detail I don't care :P

@Zamppa7 The hedges were also made the hard way; by planting trees in a very precise pattern in a trench of about 3 deep, and then placing logs underneath so the leafs don't decay. And then removing the tree itself.

We do have a more easy system now for creating hedges by using bonemeal on a log.

@Blumenrocker We do not spawn items or blocks. Everything is gathered by hand. Even the 'unobtainable items' like the netherstone and such aren't spawned, we use a Craftbook system for that with cauldrons, where you can put in several normal items and get some nether items. But you still have to do that manually.
